Setup crew was great…had a flameout on first trial run. Just cleaned out the auger and tried again and now it works very well (I think I didn’t have it on level ground on first trial). Food gets lots of real smoke flavor (nice smoke ring). This grill makes a lot of SMOKE!!! Neighbors look to see what’s cooking as that smell is awesome. I recommend keeping lid closed as much as possible when smoking (especially in the winter months) as heat leaves quickly but retuns quickly too.
