Dash mount not the best situation for my usage, Don't forget to remove antenna when going through car wash. Whoops! Boost service as promised. But I will go with a wireless mount next time instead of the cradle

Expectations need to be in the right place and you will love this. It boosts a signal. If there is no signal then this will not help. I bought this on a camping trip and I wanted to stream a baseball game. I didn't have a strong enough signal to make it watchable. It was choppy and generally unpleasant to watch. With the weboost it was smooth and I enjoyed the entire game. So it does exactly what it says. Now for the folks looking at the signal strength by numbers listed on the phone. I didn't notice a significant difference in that read out. So if you are only looking at the numbers you may be disappointed. However, if you actually care about real world performance boost then you will be very pleased.

I bought 2 of these boosters for trucks working in the west Texas oil fields. Places my drivers never had phone service are now getting 2 bars or more of signal. This is using Verizon as our carrier. Easy enough to install and plenty of wiring for installation.

Works great but your phone has to be in the cradle for it to work so it makes it annoying

This unit gives me a 2 bar signal booster on the Verizon network, not sure if it's the same for others. It was also very easy to install in my 18-wheeler.

The WeBoost Drive 4G-S works to increase phone and internet signal in our remote location. The phone goes from one bar to three plus bars. The Internet reception goes from no reception to enough signal to stream videos. It's a strong addition to your communications assets. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get a stronger signal.

I live in an area that has about -100 to -110 db signal in town as read directly from the phone. When you get out in the country, the signal appears gone. I looked into this booster, and was pretty skeptical. Since I have a long return time at Best Buy, I thought I would give it a try. I couldn't believe it when I was in an area that had no bars, -120 plus bad signal, if that, and turned this thing on, put the little antenna on the roof of my car and, boom. You could watch the db's climb like crazy. Got intermittent 4G and bars of service. I think it was about -90 db or so. It still glitched and dropped every now and again, but was sure a lot better than having zero signal. Texts went through quick, I could Google things, and the phone even worked. Very cool. If it didn't work, I was going to visit the manufacturer's website and get a better antenna. Love the boost. Cool gizmo.

Where we go in northern Wisconsin we are lucky to get one bar and still could not make calls. Bought this and it went to 2 to 3 bars and now at last we can make calls and don't have to drive 15 miles to get a signal. Easy to use and it works.

Returned to Best Buy to purchase cell booster; bought one 4-5 years ago. We RV camp in areas with poor to no service; this unit allows us to text and call family while away from home; our camp site is "extremely popular" with other campers.

Brand response from weBoost Customer Support

Unfortunately, there are some phone cases that cause the phone to be too large for the cradle, especially with the existing arms. We do offer a larger set of arms, that can be found as part number 995003. Many people find that even though they can fit their phone in the cradle with the case, having a case on the phone is a large part of their signal issues. Cases, especially waterproof or metal cases, cause signal to degrade before it can get to the phone's antenna. We often recommend using the larger arms, and taking the case off whenever your signal is still too weak.

Works well and the cable was long for the antenna, I used this for my phone at home and booster my hotspot with an unlimited data plan because I was in a remote area
