The product is exactly what I was looking for. Good thing i did my homework on item,because the help at Best Buy were too busy on their phones or talking to one another to bother to help me. I finally pried one away from their phone to assist me. She was not at all knowlegable of the product even though it was in her sales area. Got home to install it. Directions were perfect and to the point. Once I got it plugged in,there was no power. After talking to Feek squad over phone came to verdict of bad power cord. I returned to Best Buy and was greeted by manager and he opened a new box to get cord. Thank you sir. Returned to install cord. Works perfectly. Now I have service almost everywhere

Booster came as advertised. Good instructions. Antenna mount was a challenge on our vehicle with a RTT. We had to get creative. Contrary to advertising, it is possible to remove antenna when not in use so vehicle can be parked in a garage. Most importantly, the booster works! A weak signal can be boosted to make it useful.

I have not installed this item along with really dont have a whole lot of install videos or great camera angles for installs let along missing information with install manuals or good audio videos Lastly no audio videos on this item working with devices

This device will boost signal. Meaning if there are absolutely no signal, this will not work. This might happen in dead pockets in moutain area. But if theres even 1 bar of signal, this will boost the signal strength! For me this was a huge game changer as I often travel through Colorado and Nevada.
