    Since the review of this product weboot customer service has contacted me regarding the review of their product. I was very pleased that they took the time to make it right with me so I wouldn't drop a call in my home. But I'm still sad to report that I will give it a 3 star review. The The device only improved my cellphone a little, I went to one to two bars to just three (only at times). Also I have to be in the same room as the antena. The Company overall is most excellent!!! There customer service is very professional and caring about the customer!! If I was reviewing the company themselves I would give them a five star!!!! If you buy this product I hope the best for you and your cellphone boosting needs.

    If you have no data or very inconsistent data capabilities, this will at least get you to a bit faster and hold the signal steady. I had 4g 1 bar, it would sometimes jump to 3g or even 1x, after this I hold steady at 4g 2 bars and occasionally 3 bars. This at least lets me stream Netflix slowly or do a video chat albeit sometimes choppy.

    Had high hopes for the solution. Did not improve reception for ATT or Verizon at all. Followed all instructions. Tried multiple placements. Nothing worked. Signal attenuation beyound 6" from antenna was huge. High possibility of another repeater near by.

Typically if the system was overloaded, the lights would indicate that in amber color. We also want to ensure that you have adequate separation between the base unit and internal antenna. Sometimes this adjustment alone can help improve signal. We also like to take signal readings where the base unit is located to ensure you have enough signal to boost.     You have to be right on it for it to work. Doesn't go the feet it says. It is better than nothing at all.

    Not sure if my weboost was faulty however after following instructions even watching youtube videos and doing all the tweaking spending 2 days attempting to get the weboost to work nothing ever worked I had the same 1 or 2 bars and same drop calls and signal with absolutely no signal improvement

    Booster seems to work most of the time by at times will lose the signal for no apparent reason. Drops a lot of calls.

    Huge waste of money. Did not work at all. Extremely disappointed. Wish I'd returned immediately. Stuck with this paper weight.

    You have to walk around looking for a signal. Then hook it up. Then you have to go online and register. EXCEPT this piece of garbage did NOT show the register number that was on the receipt OR on the box! The numbers listed were 3 different models, but NOT this one! For a product over $300.00 you would think it would activate itself! Don't waste your money UNLESS you have a ton of patience!

    This didn't improve cell service at all. I do not recommend for anyone to purchase. Certainly not worth the cost.

    This works as advertised, although individual results may vary. In other words, you still need to have at least 1 solid bar to get a quality boosted signal. For some people, the more powerful version, with a separate antenna that mounts on the roof for much better signal pick-up
