Posted .This will in fact work on MacOS devices like a Macbook pro. The full security suite is not available for mobile iOS devices.

Doesn’t work

Basically making this product 50 percent useless.A couple of days later I find it is not even working on my computer so I am not getting any of what I paid for. Returned to Geek Squad they said product was having issues and to check back in a couple of days or a week. Still not working

Worst AV software I've ever encountered.

And some of the other packages with better features cost less.

Since then almost every single time I restart my computer two different webroot screens pop up and, yes, when they do, my computer acts up. This must be a common problem because there are many suggestions when you google the problem. Sadly, not even webroot s suggestions have worked. My computer shows it to be uninstalled but something was left behind. You should know this problem before you install them on your computer because it really is irritating. So irritating in fact I swore off Best Buy years ago and can’t imagine me ever spending another cent there.

I rate it: -0- I did purchase the CD software (old & outdated) online from Best Buy & within reason, it is not there responsibility. 1 year subscription expired in 38 days. I chose to open Webroot ticket. The initial response had nothing to do with the premature expiration. They did correct 2 days later. We went back & forth, until I finally said to send me a 'uninstaller link'. Would you believe the response is, "we do not have uninstaller link. You have to send us the links sent to you for us to repair/correct, etc". Other issues did occur. I am taking a loss on Webroot crapware. You can not uninstall or reinstall. You must use a 3rd party app, to get rid of Webroot from your system (Windows 10).
