Best Buy customer service did not help, waste of money. I went to Norton instead. Spent more yet got better service.

Best Buy should really remove their old software so customer won’t buy the incorrect one. I don’t think I’m able to return it since it was a digital download hopefully it works. Next time I will purchase it from the direct manufacturer.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The webroot representative told me she could not get the yearly purchase downloaded as sometimes it took up to 48 hours to get the number necessary to do that; she downloaded a 10 day trial and told me to call back to get the yearly one I had purchased. Calling back, I cannot get webroot or Geek Squad to download my purchased webroot antivirus; each give me various reasons why they can't. When I try to download it from the 6/7 email I am told my subscription has expired even though I have the 6/7 email receipt for my purchase.

Could not get a refund so I am out $40 to 50. I have Secure on my laptops and really like it but I bought it for The Mac and cam not install it and can not get the order canceled.
