I have had this service for upwards of ten years in a row now. It is a great service in that whenever you have a computer software issue the service will cover taking care of that. Also, the Geek Squad will run whatever inspection is required on your computer to figure out why you would be having any particular computer issue.

This security subscription is great. I had Norton before and it doesn't compare. Webroot has never let me down. I cam go in to any website when exploring or looking for something specific, and Webroot will alert me immediately if there is any threat. It gives you a big red warning. " This Site Is or Can be maliscious"

Webroot has protected our computer for several years. We have had a few problems and threats and the Webroot system has taken care of all the problems. It is worth the cost per year to have a system like that. It does updates and lets us know that everything is okay with our computer. I would recommend Webroot to anyone that wanted good protection for their computer.

Webroot is an essential tool to keep you safe while online. It warns you that your in a dangerous space and to clear out immediately. I'm not computer savvy and it's been a lifesaver to me. Plus it let's you know if hour laptop is working efficiently

Thankfully, Webroot has kept me safe and I constantly monitor my computer with a scan once in awhile, realizing that Webroot does automatic scans. Thank you.

It seems to work as well as I had expected. I will admit I do not know all of it's capabilities. I do not know it it provides day to day internet security of it's only when I contact Best Buy for a "tune-up.

When I first bought my Surface Computer at BestBuy Webroot was loaded on it. I have kept up the subscription but not really thought about it. I’m so glad I kept the Webroot Software on my computer. It runs on schedule and I haven’t had an issue with viruses. The schedule doesn’t interfere with my use of the computer.

Web root has been around a long time and is a trusted brand. With so many to choose from, why not go with the one that is trusted? I would never do without good protection. No one should. Your life is literally in their hands. Make sure you pick wisely! I am a fan!! Rest easy in knowing you are protected!

Webroot has served us well for years. Good protection that doesn't interfere with any of our apps or operating systems. Solid protection for several devices.

This software is part of our security solution. It does catch somethings that are other software doesn't. We have it on all of our computers.

So far I've not had a problem and I hope not to. It has served me well and will continue to I hope. I depend on it to protect and serve. The price has went up which I'm not to happy with and hope this does not continue.

you can not have peace of mind with out this. so easy to install when it's the first time user. then it does everything for you, the only thing you need to do is to give it permission if you need to install a new program or app to your computer. is such a great value as well i did not have to buy extra protection for my other 2 computers.

Webroot is great at protecting my computer without bogging it down like most antivirus software does. There is a good balance between how it keeps my computer safe while still allowing me to actually use the computer! And I've never had a virus since I started using Webroot. Easy to use and customize for my preferences.

This security program was included with my Total Tech Support membership and this is my second year using it. I have it installed on my laptop without any issues and it basically runs itself with periodic security checks. I'm pleased with this service. Another great benefit of being a Total Tech Support member.

I bought a 55 “ Roku TV. It is perfect for my livingroom wall. Geek Squad installed it as well as the mount which tilts and swivels. Everyone I dealt with was very nice including the man who came out the day before to consult on a good size for my wall .

Webroot works pretty well, but I do supplement it with programs from Auslogics, a firm from Australia. I do run security checks daily, and I check my bank and credit card statements at least every other day. Since Webroot is interconnected with Best Buy, I know I will have attention paid if I have problem.s

I keep 6 devices worth of WEBROOT active and it does a great job without all the overhead of Norton or McAfee. I have been using this on our laptops for years with no issues. It pretty much renews itself and I have to occasionally go look up my login information because I rarely need to access the online account.

Webroot has successfully kept bad things from my laptop. It runs in the background and automatically notifies me about the last time it ran, how long it took, and that a full diagnostic report is accessible by a simple click on the icon. I renewed my annual subscription October 2021.

I love the Webroot . Geeksquad installed it for me and it keeps my computer safe and secure Anywhere protecting my computer and gives me a peace of mind. It runs itself, It has a report I can access to check the last scan, next scan or scan myself. I've Webroot for a couple of years and have never had a problem. I highly recommend it!
