Good for beginners and those who exercise daily already.

Wife tried this out a few times already and she really enjoys the workout routines. She enjoys the short interval training and can get her day started and not feel cheated with the "quick" exercise routine. Give it a try it was very inexpensive and easy to follow.

So I saw this by the register at checkout for 3.99 and decided why not? I have loved doing the T25 workout videos but I broke my left foot in an odd place a while back. At that time I hurt my opposite leg's ankle and have just been in pain throughout. It hasn't helped that I have gained a lot of weight so I thought why not try this for a bit and build my way back to harder cardio. This has been a fun, easy, and effective workout video.

My Fiance bought this to start a new healthier life. It is not that demanding for someone new to the workout world. Feel good after each workout

This is a good workout for somebody that is just starting to exercise or have been exercising for a long time.
