I bought this for my carport to connect it to my sring of lights to connect it to my Apple iPhone, but I turned it in. I forgot I had a string of solar lights. Now I wished I hadn't turned it back in! It was a great product!

works good and integrates with Alexa, I wish that there was the option for the outlets to be individually controlled and not both at the same time, each outlet has a cover to keep water out. the power cord is very short maybe 12"

Works good but I did need to call Wemo for assistance. The bottom line is that I had to remove the old application on my phone and then load the new application. Once this was complete it worked fine. I'm not sure of the range since I've only tried it indoors so far.

Works well with my ihome on my ipad. There were no issues connecting everything to the WiFi and it is well worth the price. We used it for our outdoor Christmas lights this year and would recommend to anyone looking for a two outlet outdoor plug.

I was not able to get it to pair with my phone, however, my husband was able to get it setup on his phone. It works great, and i only knocked a star off because of the difficulty in setting the device up initially.

Great outdoor extension for my Wemo controlled home. I’ve got tons of smart plugs in my home so when I needed one for outside, this was the ticket. Yes it has two outlets that can’t be controlled separately but it’s not a deal breaker.

Very convenient device. Setup was very easy. Integrates easily with Google Assistant as well. It is maxed at 15amps, so no big power tools. Works perfect for outdoor lights.

Works great, once you get it set up. The Wemo app isn't the greatest. I always have to close the app and re-open each time I add a new smart plug, and it was no different when I added this outdoor plug. Works seamless with Alexa.

IF you already have WeMo products and need an outdoor rated plug this will work perfectly. Functions just like their other smart plugs and adds into your current ecosystem very easily. Cannot comment how it compares to other brands of outdoor plugs as I haven't has any.

This is a great item if plugged very close to your home. If you have a access point outdoor or in the garage it will work perfectly. Wemo needs some improvement on software and a little on hardware. overall I recommend this to everyone.

Worked perfectly with iOS Homekit. Very easy to add. Simply scanned the barcode, the device was recognized on my network, and then named it and added it to a room. Worked great to control the outdoor Christmas Lights.

This is an excellent product. It performs flawlessly with a schedule of when to turn on and when to turn off. I originally got it to help control Christmas lights outside, but now use it to control a lamp. I would recommend this to anyone using Homekit.

I can’t believe none of the other 1 star reviews cover this but you don’t have the option to use the 2 plugs independently from each other. They should 100% be more clear about this. If I wanted my Christmas lights to turn on at the same time I’d wire them together or program it that way in the app. Major disappointment.

Works as expected. I like Wemo because you can set on and off by sunrise/sunset rather than a specific time. And it works as part of Apple Home so I can ask Siri to turn my Christmas lights on and off. Nice addition to my other Wemo light switches.

Good if you get a deal however not easiest to reconnect Both plugs are on same switch If it looses power it doesn’t reconnect like my other plugs and switches and requires setup again

I have a decent wifi signal with other devices in the deck area where I use this, but this device doesn't seem to have a great antenna because it's consistently below others on the "wifi connection score" that my router assigns to devices. This sometimes translates to disconnections or slow responses from the wemo app or homekit controls. Also, while the device has two sockets, the sockets can not be controlled independently (neither on app nor manually). I knew this going in and didn't for my use case but there are others in the market that do offer the independent controls.

I hate to say it, but I'm very disappointed with this outlet. I have a smart home with WEMO switches and plugs in every room. They all work without any issues, and it's been about 4 years now. I saw this and thought it would be good for my outdoor Christmas lights. The first one I bought could not be detected by WEMO or Alexa. I tried every troubleshooting thing I could find, so I thought it was defective, and I retuned it. I got a new one, which connected to WEMO, but I had to try it several times before it finally connected. This one also refused to connect to Alexa, again I tried all the troubleshooting things I could find, nothing worked. I tried to set up a rule in the WEMO app, so it would go on at 5PM and off at midnight. The rule was successfully saved, however, it would not turn the lights on, even though the app said that it was active at 5PM. I have other plugs and switches that are on schedules, they go on and off as they should, with no issues at all. Not sure if I received two defective plugs, but it's not worth the bother for me to try a third one. I like WEMO products, but this one is a big miss for me.

I love this thing. It is perfect for my Christmas lights. I just wish I could turn off each individual socket with HomeKit like you can with Google Home.

I bought these for my outdoor lights, I have 6 wemo plugs and the wemo dimmer switches in my house and love they everything is connected. Highly recommend!!

It was a bit of a nightmare to set up but worked great until I had a power outage. It seems like you have to factory reset it to get it to reconnect to WiFi after an outage, but it’s not even resetting. Definitely a waste of money. And Wemo has zero support for this type of thing. I got onto their support website and started a chat, and the person told me he’s not even trained to help with Wemo devices. Great, thanks. I guess I’ll be avoiding Wemo in the future.
