Bought on sale so price was right. Using with an OTA antenna and has good reception. The remote could be better as there are no numbers so the only way to change channels is to go up or down 1 channel at a time. As for being a smart TV it is only capable of Netflix, YouTube, Vudu and a weather app. All in All like I said good deal for the money.

Budget TV

Needed a small TV that fits the budget and this one was the best one at the time. The size is alright and set up was fairly easy. I wasn't really to keen about the "Smart" features as I always used chromecast on my other tv. But at the time of purchase this was the only tv that really fits the bill.
HAH, about the "Smart" feature: it isn't too smart. Sometimes the tv disconnects from the wifi and it is just a pain to reinstall it. You have to use the remote feature to enter the password and all the jazz. It could just be me. I've been using chromecast for a long time and just love the simplicity of it.
The remote isn't really sensitive so you sometimes have to angle it closer to the tv sensor to read your intended actions. However, this tv does have 3 HDMI inputs so you can easily use your chromecast to avoid using the tv's smart feature-- which is a big win but defeats the purpose of the smart tv.

This was reasonably priced. We bought it for my son's dorm room. So far, it is doing the job. It is really light-weight, but he hasn't destroyed it yet and it has been over 2 months! Not sure about the longevity of the tv, but we are happy with it for what we paid for it.

I got this so my disable wife could attach her laptop with her sewing software and see it better, In addition it is a smart tv and she has that advantage to watch her old tv shows. Small, and on a full motion mount this works great and fullfills all her needs in one.

This TV is great for a kitchen or kids room. Wonderful picture and the smart features are easy to use. The only problem is the remote control is very basic and doesn't even include a numerical keyboard.

Great price and good for the bedroom. Just did not like the remote as it has no numbers must use the channel search to go to the channels. Other than that is a great little tv for my use.

It's a good little tv that is ideal for small spaces. It is 720p but for such a small tv it doesn't make a difference. I love the fact that it's a smart tv and you can use Netflix and YouTube (I'm not sure about other apps). Also... It doesn't need an adapter to pick up channels over the air and it does play rf signal so you can plug in older system consoles like the Super Nintendo. It's a tv worth the price.

We bought this to go in the bedroom of our RV, and it was refreshing to see we could get a smaller screen that was still a smart tv. Using this Smart TV precludes the need for extra equipment in space restricted areas. Great picture, and has all the hookups we needed.

Bought this for $79.99 over the Labor Day weekend. I am giving it 5 stars for performance + features + price offering great bang for the buck. I am 100% satisfied with this TV and the price I paid.
Local stores do not stock it, so I made my decision based on the size, price, customer reviews, and my recent experience with other Westinghouse TVs. This 24" TV did not disappoint. It was shipped fast, and arrived with no damage. Worked perfectly right out of the box. It was easy to set up. I looked for dead pixels and other screen defects but didn't find any. The TV I purchased is new, not open box.
No blurry motion or stuttering observed while watching sports.
Pros:
Contrary to what some earlier reviews said, this TV *does not* cut off the news crawler on CNN, nor on Fox. I am on Time Warner Spectrum cable.
Good picture, albeit the default settings are all a bit dark compared to many other LED TVs. You may have to turn up the brightness.
The Cool / Warm / Neutral color schemes are all what one would expect.
Sound volume is quite adequate for 15x20 room, and for elderly who have hearing deficits.
3 HDMI inputs
1 VGA input for use as a computer monitor
Plays well with Roku 3600 stick and Spectrum's cable box, and old DTVPal Plus Dish Network DTV Receiver which is what I use for OTA TV.
Smart tv had no problem connecting to home wifi and staying connected.
TV is very stable using the feet that come with it. Lightweight TV but does not seem tip-prone.
It's our third Westinghouse TV and all of them are very nice TVs for the money, and Best Buy has good sale prices. They are excellent for a budget TV.
Cons:
This model is not carried in nearby Best Buy stores, so I had to order it sight unseen and evaluate it's picture after purchase. (But it's acceptable.)
Changing the source is a bit sluggish with some lag after you make your selection.
Westinghouse warranty service requires you to mail them the problematic TV, so I recommend buying the Best Buy protection policy on any Westinghouse.
Integrated digital TV tuner may not pull in as many distant stations as the old 2009-era digital tuner boxes can. I didn't try an OTA channel search on this particular TV, but I have found that true of all my other late-model TVs. I use old DTV converter boxes connected via the composite input instead of the TVs' internal tuners because I live in a rural area where the DTV OTA signals are few and weak. People in cities may receive plenty of channels using the TV's built-in tuner.
Composite and component inputs are *shared* so you can only use one or the other, not both at the same time.
VESA 75mm x 75mm is less compatible than 100x100, if you are looking at mounting this on an aftermarket TV stand or on a wall mount. 100x100 would have been more convenient for consumers.

Good deal for $79 on basic SmartTv

Saw this on sale online for $79 and thought it perfect for my daughter in college. I set it up at home, and it was a snap loading up internet and Netflix, though a tad slow. I use an amplified indoor antenna and it gets most digital signals in my area. Loved it so much I kept it LOL and ran out and bought a second one for at school. She needed a coax for her cable TV at school, and that works fine. BUT she has five different wifis in her dorms, and even though one said it connected fine, all five Netflix servers would not work, and other included apps also failed. Not sure why but I'm thinking her wifi dorm is disabling the tv apps, or just not compatible. I didn't have time to troubleshoot so she hasn't been using smarttv. All in all I'm happy.

I was looking for a affordable TV with ability to work as a monitor. I found this product, and does what I want. TV, Monitor, and basic WiFi. I do think Westinghouse does need to rethink the remote. Overall it was worth the asking price. I use it mainly as a computer monitor.

My parents were looking for a TV to replace their 19" LCD Monitor/TV they had in the kitchen after 10 years of use. So gave them a couple because they couldn't see spending more than $100 for the TV so came down to options and reviews and this didn't disappoint. Has enough HDMI inputs incase they need to add an extra one besides the cable box. Also nice to have the apps so she can watch recipes while she cooks, pandora for music, and the oft chance she wants to watch movies VUDU is a plus.

We were looking to replace an older 19" TV that was mounted in my in-laws kitchen. The kind of TV that was old enough that we had to attach a digital converter box to receive OTA channels. This TV fit the bill @ a budget price. Good picture quality (720 was more than enough considering the size of the TV) and easy to use. Not needing a digital converter box helped clean up the unnecessary clutter, which is particularly important since it's mounted in the kitchen. Overall, serves its purpose well.

Great size for my daughter’s bedroom. The control remote is very easy to use just a few buttons . One small problem I had when connecting to my WiFi was that I could not find the asterisk symbols on the tv so I just changed my WiFi password and that fixed the problem.
