We got this one for our living room. It was easy to set up and plug up to our surround sound, very clear sound and picture. Love that it comes with netflix.

Great picture,& price, and I got it for a bargain!

I was surprised at the quality of the TV picture, the HD and the smart aspects. Was really not in the market for a new TV , but when recommended by my son-in-law(an electronics distributor/retail outlet) I couldn't pass on this purchase!!!

It's nice n clear. The volume is loud. The apps r great. Can't complain for the price I paid for. It's perfect. Thank u Best Buy.

Great TV smart TV FOR smart People. Clear he picture

Needed a flat screen for my office and jumped on this when it became available at the sale price, I am enjoying my purchase

I should have known with the low price of this tv that it was to good to be true. I set it up right away in my bedroom, used it the first night and it was fine. The next night the screen froze with just pixels in various colors. It would not turn off with the remote or the botton. I had to unplug it. Returned it the next day and was told it is a bad brand. I am just grateful it broke right away so I didn't lose any money.

When you hear the name "Westinghouse" you probably think of low quality products. These were my initial thoughts, but after reading the reviews, I just had to give this TV a try. I picked it up when it was on sale because I needed something affordable for my room. I brought it home thinking the picture quality was not going to be all that great, but when I plugged it in and set things up, I was blown away by the picture quality of this TV. For the price that you pay, you are really getting an amazing deal. The only thing that I do not like about it is the control. It is not the best looking thing out, but it gets the job done. I would definitely recommend this TV!

I was looking for the right quality price piece of equipment for my second house including the smart functionalities and I found that this TV has all. Youtube, vudu and Netflix and connected directly to the router, delivers fast results and great image. The view is quite good, the sound only average. Some concerns with the oversimplified remote: I miss some options like the mute, sometimes the reaction time is too long since you press the button and the TV turns off.

This TV is a great buy it has all of the function of a large t.v. the smart tv functions are simple to use and work great the picture quality is exceptional glad I purchased it.

I went outside of my own rule book with this purchase since I am usually brand oriented; the price seemed to great to pass up. This TV has held its own and all in all I have probably got the use I paid for out of it. Bottom line, the remote it mediocre with limited options as well as some extreme delays in recognition after pushing a button (honestly have waited 5 minutes for it to turn off; turn up\down; bring the menu up) although it is not every time. Occasionally the TV brings a screen up which reads it can not support the cable and I have to either unplug and/or reboot the tv to get it working. Not upset with it but I will not buy this brand again. Great picture and sound is decent; although the sound quality has seemed to lower after time. When I first used this tv, I only had to have it a quarter of the way up on volume to hear everything clearly with my fan running; now I have to have it nearly maxed out at times.

Picture quality and smart TV functions are nice. The menus are a bit difficult to navigate and the apps are limited to only a few, but even with no smart TV function at all for what I paid it was a bargain.

It was a good price on Black Friday, so I took the chance and it's great. Picture is nice and it's very light, only thing I'd improve is the volume but even with that I'm happy with the purchase and I'm a very picky techie.

This TV was going in our outdoor kitchen under a covered porch. I didn't need anything fancy and given conditions - didn't want to invest much money. Hung easy, nice and lightweight, decent picture, easy setup. I have no issues with the TV. I am a little perplexed because there is another TV outside in a different area and the picture and sound are about 5 seconds off..assuming it must be something about the TV because the cable box is the same model and they are working off of the same cable feed - just split.

clear visual and easy access for my most used apps

While walking through Best Buy, I was surprised by the display of Westinghouse 40" Smart TV's for $179.99. And then when I looked at the details and the specifications, I was surprised and delighted. My wife and I had been searching for a 40" screen but were put off by the prices and usually if we found one for a reasonable price it had poor resolution and bare bones connectors. The Westinghouse however, comes with all the connections you need for external speakers, and or connections to a laptop. We have connected simple Bose computer speakers and along with the speakers installed in the TV the sound is excellent. The screen is true HD and unlike some TV's that say HD and present you with 720, the Westinghouse is 1920 x 1080. I'm pleasantly pleased and highly recommend this TV. Great value for the money.

Read all the reviews prior to my purchase I was skeptical but gave it a shot. Bought this for my 13 yr, TV pic is decent,sound was actually better then I thought. (Not like my Sony or Toshiba, but def better then expected) The only down fall is the tv remote its self, does NOT have numbers buttons on it (to change channel ) so definitely recommend a universal remote.

This is the best television I have purchased. While on a budget, this television give the best picture and is still working like brand new after 6 months of use. I would highly recommend this television to anyone.
