Never buying anything from Best Buy again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV on 10/29/15 as a Christmas gift for my kids. It was delivered on 11/6/15 and was never taken out of the box until tonight when my husband was going to set it up for Christmas morning. The item was delivered damaged, the screen is scratched and cracked and the picture is messed up. I called Best Buy and was told I cannot return the item because I purchased it before 11/1/15. Now I'm out this money and my children will not get a TV for Christmas. They would not make an exception for me even though it was purchased 2 days prior to November 1st and it wasn't delivered until November 6th! I am so upset

Avoid if you can
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this a month back.. disappointed a lot by the quality - - I do see occasional flickers in the picture which makes me suspect that an electronic problem is around the corner.. fingers crossed XX - Cheap screws and panel - I mean what can you save by making check nut and bolt.. Most of the bolts lost there head grip.. They wont fit in and I am not sure how I will ever be able to take them off when needed - Avg picture quality - 60hz refresh rate shows sluggish when playing HD content

Westinghouse just told me to go and spend lots of money to have it fixed. save money a buy a better tv
