Still a thriller! I have the DVD version of this, but the Blu-ray version looks much better, as expected. Nice extras as well.

Westworld is a movie that was weird as a kid and still weird as an adult but addictive-especially with the remake

I remember watching this in the cinema and loved the movie. Once I saw it I had to grab this one again.

It is the original movie and great. I introduced it to someone for the first time. Great movie.

Westworld, released in 1973, has all the modern thinking quirkiness that a 70's film would have. But still, it is one of the great films ever made. Westworld suggests the danger, that Robots equipped with Artificial Intelligence, could be potentially harmful to humanity. Leading as the Villian is the awesome Yul Brynner. Brynner walks like a guy who leads from his waistline down. An interesting alternative to the John Wayne swagger, Brynner makes it a little sexier, but a little scarier in his objective, playing the character.. Richard Benjamin and James Brolin are main characters portraying friends at the resort, and the relationship within the resort of Western World develop with much fun. Their relationship and experience are the main focus of the movie. The characters have an awesome experience until the robots go south. Michael Crichton brilliantly directed this movie.........it's worth a see for the first time, or second or third.

I still think this is a very good movie and was a great foundation for the newer movies of today.

if you like Yul Briener, this the movie you would love, it is great clasic movie scifi about androids
