Size was the determining factor. Was surprised that it would hold king size sheets and pillow cases in one load. A bit on the noisy side, but cleans and dries in a reasonable time frame.

This washer & dryer combo was a perfect fit, with such a limited space of only 27inch by 35inch this unit seemed it was born to fit there. I had originally ordered a silver LG stack-able unit but it was to big and could not fit in its intended space. It works beautifully which is what matters the most. There is no need to go to the store just measure your location for the washer and dryer and shop online for the perfect size. Another things that made my shopping at best buy a plus was the online price match, I had found this unit cheaper online ($98 cheaper) at another location and submitted my price match request thru the best buy website and the difference was honored.

This is my second washer/dryer combo. They seem to last a long time and are easy to maintain and use in a small area. the price seems reasonable as well.

Very efficient and quiet. Looks great and does not take up a lot of space. Great for a small family. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of unit. Best Buy delivery is great and I love the fact that they picked up my old unit for disposal as well at no extra cost and the delivery of the new unit was free!

The knob accessories are very cheaply made. Noisy washer.

This is the ONLY combo washer/dryer that will fit in my apartment without having to take a wall down, so it's not like I had many choices. That said, this works fine for what it is - a small appliance, best for one or two people. The dryer is super-fast. It is noisy, however, and the washer has become unbalanced once or twice when washing heavy towels. I haven't had it for more than a year, so time will tell on longevity.

The unit is really much noisier than I thought. Even with nothing in the dryer and the dryer turned on (as I did to check out the unit) it was very noisy. When this unit dies I definitely will not replace it with a similar unit, but will choose to have brackets mounted to the wall to mount a free standing dryer above a washer instead of having a stacked single unit. Also know that you don't need to purchase the accessory hoses if Whirlpool through the BestBuy Geek Squad is installing for you. Whirlpool installers only use their hoses provided and only warranty when they use their own hoses.

it's the first washer dryer combo I have owned and it is wonderful, it fits perfect in my apartment, and it washes the clothes great and the dryer does a wonderful job also.

I really like my new combo washer and dryer. Its perfect for me. It's easy to use. Cleans my clothes and drys them properly. I can try different settings too, so it gives you options on washing/drying your items.

This is second one of these units. The first one lasted 14 years with no problems and was still working, but I replaced it at the same time as replacing all of my appliances. I have had this one for about 12 years now and not had any problems with it. It does a good job and it suitable for one or two people. the capacity is small, but this is the only unit which will fit in the space provided in my condo. The alternative would be to relocate the laundry to the garage. Overall, I would say this is a good unit for the money, but I would not recommend it for a large family.
