Q: Can BestBuy delivery install the side vent?
A: My Best Buy delivery & setup guys did the entire installation. You have to have a NEW vent kit, NEW hoses for the washer, and a NEW power cord. They won't install anything used onto a new unit.
Q: Does the back of the unit have a bar the goes along the floor.
A: Yes, this unit does have a V-shape opening at the back part of the washer, at first this was a concern of mine since the dryer vent on my floor was installed thru the floor. luckily there is an opening on the back side of the unit.

Q: When do you pour the fabric softener in?
A: Dear Customer: On your model, use only liquid fabric softener in this dispenser located in the center of the agitator. Pour measured liquid fabric softener into the dispenser. Softener is added automatically during the rinse portion of the cycle. Dilute liquid fabric softener by filling the dispenser with warm water until liquid reaches the crossbar in the dispenser opening.
