“When do you pour the fabric softener in? When I put the softener in at the beginning of the wash directly into the bowl with the clothes it stains the clothes. When I put it in the centre where the rotator is it goes in immediately and does not wait for the rinse cycle.”

Dear Customer: On your model, use only liquid fabric softener in this dispenser located in the center of the agitator. Pour measured liquid fabric softener into the dispenser. Softener is added automatically during the rinse portion of the cycle. Dilute liquid fabric softener by filling the dispenser with warm water until liquid reaches the crossbar in the dispenser opening.
