Much too early to rate the machine excellent. However, at this point a strong "good". The drain pump is a bit nosily, however not a major issue. The machine is an excellent choice, if you live in an apartment. It fits well into a small area. If you have only a small area, this may be machine for you.

Machine is aesthetically nice! So far so good on usage - no problems. Delivery set up was probably the only hiccup in this transaction as the initial date I arranged a month in advance was completely missed - somehow their appointment system online Gave me a confirmation on the dates chosen but kept coming back A few days later saying need to reschedule. However when I go back to reschedule, the same thing keeps happening with a confirmation on dated chosen.

The dryer felt seal had a factory defect and needed to be replaced less than 5 months after installation. Thankfully covered under the factory warranty through Whirlpool. I've read other reviews about loud noises caused by the filing or rinse cycles that sound like a banging. Please look up what a water hammer is. That's what's happening. The valves are closing too quickly. This can damage plumbing over time. My old machine wasn't an HE model and didn't do this. Newer machines have much faster closing valves that are more prone to this issue. Not a DIY fix unless you're super comfortable with plumbing. The valve problems aside, it's very noisy when sensing for water levels. Despite this stuff it washes well and is easy to keep clean. I didn't have a lot of options due to space constraints.

Reasonably priced and fits in tight spaces. Efficient!

I Love my new Whirlpool Stackable Washer and Dryer. Its been great to finally do my laundry at home. By having an in store chat with Matt the appliance manager at the Best Buy in the Southland Mall, i got my unit on Nov.20 instead of Dec. 9th. Both of the men who installed my unit were the Best! They are so quick and my macjine works great. Thank them for me. I forgot their names but you should give them a gift card for their excellent service. Thank you!

Excellent strong and powefull do not take too much space

For the value is a great laundry small enough for a condo doesn't make any crazy nosies when done and has plenty of options to wash.

a little louder than I would like but it is also in a very tiny room so that could be why? but runs very smooth and fast time per load dryer is excellent

This was one of very few 24" wide stacked washer dryer units that would fit in my limited space. Size was my limitation. I would have preferred to get one with an agitator but the general electric model I had previously lasted 5 years and two months and was leaking and not worth repairing. So I got this whirlpool unit. I hope it lasts and runs without issues/problems.

Very efficient and simple to use while in a reduced format

Be careful; that this type of combination unit fan be installed with yor hock-ups for water, vent and drain. With many apartments it may not be possible to install it.

A little on the loud side- but that is fine. Luv the dryer- clothes come out nice. I had a front loader dryer previously & hated it. Perfect size for my condo ( kitchen area)

Due to limited space in my unit, I had to get this laundry center. Overall, the size of the capacity was smaller than expected for both washer and dryer. The filters inside the washer and dryer are not easy to operate. The dryer door is a little difficult to open. Most of all, it is loud.

Works great! My clothes come out really clean! It is louder than I anticipated during the spin cycles. The dryer drys clothes in a timely manner. Perfect for a family of 2 .Overall I love my new washer and dryer.
