Upgraded from a Frigidaire microwave that came with our house and went out on us after 2 years. So far I like the way it looks and seems to get food hotter quicker. Also not as loud as previous one. One downfall is I haven’t figured out how to use timer and microwave at the same time. It always wipes out my timer and I have to guess how much time is left. Love it is finger print resistant. Looks much cleaners on a daily basis from a family of 5 using it. Hope it holds up longer than Frigidaire.

The microwave was good quality and looks nice. We upgraded the appliances in our kitchen to sell the house, and it worked. We received an offer days after the microwave and other appliances were installed.

We had a Whirlpool microwave same size short out. Replaced it with this model. Replacement was super simple. Microwave works very well. No issues so far.

Nice looking Microwave with soft blue led display. Heats like it should, more features than we can use. Took one star away because the cooktop light is in the rear of the underside, it would be much better placed in the middle, as it is now, only the rear of stove top is lit. Light can be brighter as well and runs hot, but I have read you can swap it out for a cooler bulb. overall very satisfied, Installation is not for the beginner, add the install and be done with it.

We had a hard time finding over the range hood microwaves bigger than 1.1 cubic ft. We were happy to find this one. The installation team showed up on time, installed it quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Best Buy's warehouse and operations team gets low marks however. There were several cancelled appointments because they didn't have the product in hand and, one time, tried to deliver an open box unit without a mounting bracket. Kudos to the installation contractor for bringing that to my attention. Once I got the store manager involved, he resolved the problem quickly.

Love it! My only minor complaint is the control panel lettering and numbers should be larger for reading.

First- fingerprints definitely show- everywhere! But it’s a good microwave so I can’t complain too much. It’s also a great size.

Easy to use microwave. Very good value. Downside is it is. It fingerprint resistant. Not sure why they even make them like that anymore,

Great value for the dollar. Not only does it look nice and shiny, it is easy to both install and use.

We replaced a 13 year old GE Profile with this unit. We are very pleased with the with the aesthetic look of the fingerprint resistant SS front and how it matches the other appliances in our kitchen. The installation was very straight forward with the provided template and hardware. The unit operates quietly and provides a more even heating of food than our old unit. We like the ability to select canceling the turntable operation to allow larger dishes to be used in the microwave and the end of cycle chime is a pleasant change. The unit was on sale which made this purchase even a better value for us.

Performs as well as can be expected. Looks and fits beautifully in space it was installed. Family is happy to have a working microwave.

Good microwave to replace one I bought in 2015. Easy to install and seems to work fine.

The microwave does a great job on pizza and popcorn. Both items are perfectly cooked without burning or becoming rubbery. The minor con is the microwave is slightly taller then most microwaves so if you're installing in a small space it may not fit. This wasn't an issue with our microwave located over the range but it does stick down about an inch below the bottom of the adjacent cabinets.
