Seems to heat evenly. Enjoy the 2 shelves for heating more than one item. Like the turntable for even and thorough heating. Good defrosting feature. Nice to have the soften, melt feature. Love the fan, helps when you are boiling things on stove or cooktop. The light is also helpful to see items more clearly.

I had one similiar to this one so since i was pleased with it tried to get another one just like it. It is almost the same, love everything about it except the blue lighted clock is hard to see unless you are standing directly infront if it...except for that, would recommend this product.

This was a replacement for a 20+ year old Whirlpool over the range microwave. We were very satisfied with the old microwave from Whirlpool and are pleasantly surprised that the new Whirlpool Microwave has all the features we need and even more. It cooks great and has been very easy to use.

Had to replace. The same brand name. This one has more choices on it, which I like. I just need to remember they are there to help make it easier to cook. My older model burn up when I cook something too long. I like this one better. I use it a lot, mostly to reheat and defrost foods.

The microwave takes to long to warm food and it is not what I thought it would be

Great Microwave Except for the install. The installer left the old microwave on my carpet and left a grease stain on the carpet. Someone from Best Buy called me about, but that was a week ago. No one has followed up with me since. I am sure this will be my last purchase with Best Buy.

The microwave is quiet when in use and heats very nice. The fan does a remarkable job and the multi speeds are perfect. Our kitchen is dark as it is but the light feature does what i should and lights the stove up nicely. If the wife is happy it is 5 stars all day and she loves this one!

Well when my over thr range microwave died after 6 years of what i suspect to be microtron failure i had to replace it. The microwave is great but it was a process getting there. The initial one we ordered (and installed) was badly dented and did not work. So we had to take it back down and drive all the way to the store and pick up a new one. It was a huge inconvenience. When I called customer service they were friendly but could not help because there wasn't one to reorder. So I called the nearest store that had one (not really that near.) The rep that answered was rude and her tone was unprofessional so I had to ask for a manager whom I was told was unavailable. Finally I got someone willing and knowledgeable enough to help and I was able to exchange the defective product.

First one was damaged out of the box but Best Buy immediately reordered and delivered new one to the Blaine store. installed easier than expected with only one measuring mistake

I use the microwave everyday and I love this one, the beep at the end sounds so cute and i can use itt while my toddler is sleeping Heats up leftovers perfect

Probably not the best for the price but it does well. I wish the 2nd level shelf was a little higher. It does not accommodate a lot of dish sizes so I had to remove the wire shelf. Also wish the under microwave stove light was not all the way at the rear.

I like the microwave, does a great job of in less time then my previous microwave. Can great water in 30 seconds. Food comes out good an hot. It used to take me time to heat up corn on the cob. This one gea he up the corn in a couple of minutes.

This microwave doesn't beep when it's done... it plays a lovely soothing song! It doesn't wake my baby and it's almost like the microwave is kindly letting me know, in a British accent "pardon me, I hate to interrupt but your popcorn is ready"

Love the little musical sound that the microwave makes when it is finished cooking. The first time I used it and it made the sound my daughter, who is disabled, whipped her head around and said "what is that?" I told her our microwave plays music.

I love the gray interior, that i can turn off the turn table and the easy to use keypad, the door opens easy and feels very sturdy. I also love the tune it plays when it is done instead of a beep.I have not found anything I don't like yet.

I got an open box item so it was a great deal for a great microwave. Only been installed a week but I love it so far. Quiet beep and doesn't go off every 30 seconds. Cooks great. 2 light settings and 3 fan settings. So far all good!!

Our 8 year old Gold Star microwave quit for the second time. The first time I only had to replace a door switch, this time would be a major repair. I found this open box Whirlpool which we like much better than the Gold Star.

I bought this item because it came in bisque and there wasnt much to choose from in that color. I'm disappointed though in three things: 1) the interior is black making it hard to see the food as it cooks and hard to tell when its really clean. My prior microwave was white inside so i could see the food through the window with the door closed and i could be certain it was clean. 2: the buttons are hard to push. You have to lean hard on them. 3: the unit is "higher" than my prior microwave so it visually blocks the sightline to the back burners on my stove. If i had to do it again i would select one of the slightly smaller, less powerful units available in bisque.

We bought this microwave in May of 2017 and it’s work great. Warms food accordingly. It has good space to place big plates. It has goo lighting and the fan works good for us. Overall great product.
