I bought this in April, 2019 and by December 2019 (8 months), the compressor began making a loud, irritating buzzing sound. By that time it was too late to return, so I called Whirlpool and they said that if the tech they sent out didn't find anything wrong, even though they agreed over the phone that there was, I'd be charged $125; needless to say, I declined their worthless warranty. They might as well advertise that there is no warranty on their products. Once the annoying buzzing noise begins, it lasts well over an hour before it settles down again. Recently, Best Buy helped me replace 3 badly made Whirlpool refrigerators (3 tries) with a better brand name and now, after this incident, I'm looking forward to getting rid of all the Whirlpool products that came with my house.
