I am sure the freezer will be fine…. IF they ever get it. Delivery has been a joke. For no good reason, they didn’t deliver down our lane (twice) and when they FINALLY delivered, the darn thing was all dented. We have to wait about 4-5 more weeks for the replacement. We shall see….

The best freezer i have ever owned love the space , inside light and the wheels make it so easy to move even when packed and easy to clean because of outside spigot

This freezer freezes very well, but the lid does not seal or suction properly. The gasket in the back leaves a small gap. If you shine a flashlight from the inside out with the lid closed, you can see the light which is most likely why I had the problem. I returned for a replacement and had the same issue as well as a non-working front light. I will go with a different model.

Whirlpool brand is damaged

First 2 shipments came with factory damage to outside. Packaging was not damaged. Third shipment has bad top seal and is currently scheduled for warranty visit within 30 days of installation. Whirlpool has bad Quality Control, they are shipping damaged or defective items.

It’s a good freezer not bad at all fits enough food

I had a terrible experience. Stopped working within a couple of weeks. Had about about 30 lbs of grass fed beef/wild caught fish/free range chicken go bad and a puddle in my kitchen because this freezer. Additionally, it is really difficult to return item because you cant contact store and have to reach out via Chat during times that most people work.

I am confident that this is a quality freezer because it was made by Whirlpool. Also the price was good.

Shipped it on its end
First delivery and the truck had ample room
Told the driver about it being shipped on its end and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about
Argued about taking it into the house
Told how to bring it in and never paid attention to what I requested
Will never have anything delivered again

Bought it in late January, It stopped cooling about a week ago. May 20th. No warning signs. Fridge full of rotting meat. Whirlpool Customer service has been garbage so far.

Two people needed for delivery

Works as expected. Little else can be said. Only problem was with the delivery man, he had trouble handling the freezer. I think two people are needed for delivery, not one person
