The two units we purchased look good and appear to work good. The size is great and it does the job we were looking to accomplish. Everything fits great inside and looks good on the outside.

First freezerless fridge and I couldn't be happier. Nice finish to cabinet. Great lighting, easy to access the shelves. Door has amazing space. Easy temp adjust. Drawers are ample sized and 2 have humidity control. Don't even miss the freezer.

Our new homes kitchen refrigerator is smaller than we need so we bought a new garage refrigerator for overflow food. Good fridge, good price

I wanted something that I could store extra drinks and party plates etc in. This has so much room and fits the bill perfectly

We waited a long time from order to delivery. Freezerless refrigerators are HARD to get. Very nice, bright interior light, glass shelves, so far, so good.

Not excited about purchase Less than run of the mill

Fridge started leaking freon after a year and half from purcahse. Wondered why it was not cooling so cleaned coils on bottom which weren't that dirty yet. Then pulled fridge to look at compressor and fan to see of anything was needed and saw a golf ball size sweat spot almost in the middle of the back of the fridge. Theres no way i can get to it, or that it was caused by anything we did. It was just cheaply made. Looks like when compressor kicked in the line would rub against the back end of the fridge cover until it started a small leak. Very disappointed in purchase. Spent over eight hundred dollars for a fridge lasting a year and half, while the limited warranty is only 1 year. Looking for new fridge since repairs will be on the high end looks like. If purchasing recommend getting extended warranty. Zero stars for bad production.

Refrigerator lasted 8 months before the first breakdown. The cooling coils frosted up, frozen solid. Had to unplug it and let it defrost for 12 hrs. At 14 months, just two months past the warranty cooling coils cracked and leaked the refrigerant. $480 and over a month to have a dye injector installed, let it leak again and find the leak. 5 months later, appliance is now 19 months old, it has leaked again from a different place. Once again I have no refrigerator for however long it will take to get the $400+ repair again. Not even 2 years old and repair costs have equaled the purchase price.

Failed after 2 yr. Whirlpool says the best they will do is a coupon or pay for parts. Most refrigerators will run for years. The one-year warrantee is about all it's good for, and when I called them, Whirlpool acknowledged that it's one year for a reason.

got this about 3 years ago. The week after the warranty expired it died. Spoke to whirlpool and they sent someone to take care of it since the warranty had just expired. Seems there was a leak of the freon, i believe, so he "fixed" it. Around a month later the coils froze. they sent the same guy again and he "fixed" it, again. The 3rd and 4th time he came he basically replaced all the parts. By the 4th time whirlpool actually said they would not send anyone again. If i remember this all happened within 6-8 months. Last week it died again. Since whirlpool had said they would not send anyone again we bought a new fridge, (NOT WHIRLPOOL, NEVER WHIRLPOOL AGAIN), and had this piece of garbage taken away.

It deep freezes everything on the lowest setting (least cold), no temperature control just 3 temperature settings; low, med and high. Again freezes everything on low setting (least cold) out of box.
