Really bad experience ( twice )

Our new construction came with these built in. The first one broke a little after a year. Waited a long time to find replacement since we had its trim kit. Subsequently I bought a new one ( luckily with a protection plan for 4 years ). Second one started sparking over the last two weeks and failed to power on. Sent it back to Bestbuy.

Not good quality.

This one seems to have a flimsy quality. Door closer is loud. It is very hard to push the button to open it. I wouldn't buy this one again. Had to get this one because it was the only one that would fit in the hole.

It works great, and does everything it needs to do, but our other one only worked 2 years before it wouldn’t work...

Working perfectly and considerably less costly.

They said since it was a countertop microwave it would not be repairable. They sent us a replacement instead. So far, the new one is working fine.

Whirlpool trim kit is perfect fit for built-in look. Great value and quality.
