Good quality for the price. We bought for a 2nd fridge in our basement. Might have preferred if the freezer was a little smaller because we use it as a 2nd fridge. Works good

This refrigerator was delivered on 2/15/17. It replaced my 33 year old General Electric which was still working. I decide to replace it when the compressor began making a humming noise. My new whirlpool is uncomfortably loud. It makes a weeeeee sound together with a motor noise that I can hear from 35 feet away. When I read the reviews I noticed that people complained about the sound but I never imagined that it was actually that loud. My old GE had insulation around the compressor and made no noise. The whirlpool has no insulation at all. I have no complaints about the temperature in either the freezer or the refrigerator. Were it not for the noise, I would give it 4 stars

Works Great.. no freezing spots in the refrigerator...nice clear deep shelves so you can see what is in the back...only con is soda/wine bottles only fit in the door. Freezer fits alot of food addition of ice maker really puts out alot of ice!

I had 18.5 sqft Amana refrigerator that I had purchased years ago from BestBuy, So I returned to BestBuy to buy the replacement Refrigerator. I wanted the basic refrigerator without all the bells and whisles, and in black. The staff at Best Buy listened to me and knew the exact refrigerator I wanted and subsequently purchased. The whole process went very smoothly, delivered as promised. I do hope and feel that it should last as long as the last one. Very Happy customer of Best Buy.

Above expectations. I saw other reviews pointing out no light inside the freezer, but this turned out not to be an issue for me because my fridge is next to a window. Overall craftsmanship look good. Only time will tell.

We have a lot of gatherings with friends and family and have always needed additional fridge/freezer space. The Whirlpool 20.5 Top-Freezer Refrigerator was perfect. Fast delivery!

This was the first appliance I have bought from Best Buy. I typically go to other home stores. My experience in the store was excellent and the refrigerator was priced the same as other stores. The item delivered was what we ordered and has been working excellent since it was installed in our rental.

Good size works well worth the money. The only thing to complain about was the delivery. They didn’t call the number I gave them and in turn didn’t deliver it. My food spoiled while we waited for it. Not HAPPY!

Needed a Fridge to replace one at our lake house. This was a good fit for the features and price. BestBuy was great in helping me select and purchase this fridge. They also honored price match at competitor.

I think this buy was based on the fact that my wife wanted a big and awesome frig that has a brand name of whirlpool. The cooling is so good that I will recommend this bargain to day.
