Refrigerator is spacious with large top freezer compartment. Shelves as well as compartments in lower section make it most appealing.

The refrigerator couldn't be delivered on time. I was away on vacation & couldn't respond immediately. When I did, I was totally confused by multiple messages, texts & phone call. The first customer service person I spoke with was very difficult to understand due to her heavy accent & loud background noise. I just finished another call to customer service. This time I received very good assistance.

Not an expensive refrigerator, but the shelves are large, and it fits a lot in it. Milk is at the back and cold. Everything else is cold and fits in the containers well. I thought that this refrigerator was smaller than my previous one, but I guess it isn't. Everything fits with room to spare, maybe it is just designed better.

Given the dimensions of our kitchen space I wanted a quality refrigerator that would do the job but offer a lot of storage and work efficiently. I thought to get a model with all the bells and whistles but really you don't need luxury you just need reliability. I have been completely satisfied. It has a great look, excellent storage, runs quiet, and very spacious.

For the price and the size, not a bad value. I have only had it for a few days but so far so good.

Best Buy delivery came even earlier than expected and set up the fridge exactly where I wanted it. The fridge looks great in my garage and has a lot of storage in the fridge and freezer section. The temps are consistent and it is quiet. Overall, it is a great value for a brand new fridge.

We love our new frig. It has no ice maker but it is not as noisy as I had read in other reviews. We also had no problem switching the direction the door opens to accommodate our kitchen. Overall, this Whirlpool top-freezer is the perfect replacement for our precious frig that just quit.

Love the fridge, but came with a scratch down the left side of the door. Was offered to exchange for new, but who is to say the new black fridge wouldn't have a scratch. So got a little refund. I have gotten some touch up paint. Works for me.
