This is a littler better than average refrigerator. I was surprised to find what I thought were standard features not included, such as no light bulb in freezer and that the shelf in freezer is not adjustable.
Other than that, for the price, it was worth the purchase.

We just needed a new fridge for the garage, and this was perfect. No ice maker, low power. It was slightly damaged on delivery so BestBuy offered to bring us another one or give us a gift card. Perfect. We have owned it for 3 weeks and still love it.

This was quite awful. We requested for the doors to be reversed. After doors were reversed, there were areas where the seal of the doors didn't seal fully against the fridge/freezer and the cold air was leaking out. Thus this led to condensation and water and the potential of mold. We had the fridge replaced and the second fridge did the same thing due to us wanting the doors reversed.
Unfortunately we had to come to the acceptance and conclusion that reversing the doors is not a good idea even though the manufacturer says it can be done. Due to manufacturer factory construction the seal is the way it is, and sets after it's been installed at factory. It's unfortunate that a new seal couldn't be included for fridges that need door reversing.
Ultimately we returned the fridge due to it leaking cold air because the seal wasn't tight enough around the doors. The worst thing is that bestbuy couldn't find the receipt that we paid for new water lines (we paid separately when the delivery people came), and thus couldn't refund us. Luckily we paid for it with our credit card and gave bestbuy the water lines back when we returned the fridge and asked our credit card to reverse the charges on the water line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The refrigerator couldn't be delivered on time. I was away on vacation & couldn't respond immediately. When I did, I was totally confused by multiple messages, texts & phone call. The first customer service person I spoke with was very difficult to understand due to her heavy accent & loud background noise.
I just finished another call to customer service. This time I received very good assistance.
