We wanted something simple and spacious. While it is both of those things, we have had trouble with the freezer ever since we bought it. It does not keep things frozen, particularly ice cream. At first we thought it was just when we put anything in the door, but then it started happening in the main part too. We thought this fridge was a great find because of the price and spaciousness, but if the freezer doesn’t work, it’s really not very helpful.

The company is lucky to have them. Professional, accommodating, and nice. I cannot emphasize this enough. They are great for Best Buy!! Too early to recommend the refrigerator

This new one is much noisier than the old one and the lack of automatically closing doors takes some getting used to. Overall, I’m a little disappointed, I expected more from the Whirlpool brand.

But, at this price point, I would've expected a better build quality (this fridge is very lightweight, too plastic-y, etc), and at least a light in the freezer compartment, especially since this is a Whirlpool, not some off-brand appliance.
