Great for it’s size. Need to make sure doors are closed.

While this refrigerator offers an easier view into the refrigerated part it also came with problems. The larger produce drawer comes off its track and then we cannot open it without taking everthing out of the drawer and off the shelf above it to get it to open. The problem seems to be how much weight is in the drawer and the above shelf. Also it has poor weather stripping around the freezer drawer causing the cold air to pour out. We will be returning this refrigerator and hope to have better luck with a different brand

Very happy with this purchase. No complaints or problems. Never had this type of fridge... (French Doors) so I had to get used to the storage style. Nice and quiet too. The guys who installed it were quick and efficient.

Love it but just a little small inside can't put bigger thing or pots

Ice maker keeps leaking. Had two services call ready. Need new one.

We had a difficult time finding the right size for the area we had and our representative did a great job finding the right size!

I haven't moved into the house where the brand new refrigerator is yet. I noticed the doors aren't aligned the same, one is a tad bit higher then the other and sticks out farther than the other. When the doors are open, one stays open, the other swings closed. I called twice to have them come out to adjust it. I was told I would have to pay for them to come out. I don't feel I should have to pay anything for them to come out since the refrigerator is defective, brand new and never used.

I have not received the refrigerator yet. The initial delivery date I was given has been changed to almost a month later.

I especially like that no fingerprints on door. It's a nice looking refrigerator.

Held out for Whirlpool to be available. Love the features for accomodating gallons and condiments. The stainless black is really a good looking front.

Positives 1. Compact design 2. Looks high quality 3. Functions well. Gets very cold and ice maker works well Negatives. 1. Doors close roughly. Not the soft vacuum sound that you hear with higher end appliances 2. The interior compartments do not line up with the door openings. Some compartments require both doors to be open to use 3. Overall it feels slightly lower quality than Samsung and Bosch counterparts.

My first experience with a French door refrigerator.

This refrigerator was returned due to loud noise, unfortionatly I can not recommend it

So much easier for a senior. Dont have to sit on chair to reach back of bottom shelves

Our old frig was dying and it would have cost more to repair it than was justified. We checked multiple appliance stores for availability of a replacement similar to what we had. In the end Best Buy was the only one that could meet our needs. The new refrigerator is doing us well.

So far so good, everything works great. Smaller space but allows for better organization. I’ve maker is working well.

I love my French door refrigerator. It fits perfect in my kitchen. Not too big!! I also love black stainless steel. It had a slight dent so I got it for a great price!! You can't even notice it!

Wish whirlpool would make the refrigerator it is a specific size I need. Can’t review the product because it has been rescheduled 3x now and I still don’t have it. Best Buy said they would have it and the very next day they pushed it out a month. Quite a surprise. They just did it again. If I had ANY a alternative given the size I would’ve switch.

Terrible customer service terrible everything refrigerator came with a huge dent been waiting 3 months for replacement store says out of their hands whole transaction horrible never buy again from best buy
