Love the ice maker. Roomier than I expected. Quiet. Beautiful to look at. Perfect for my space.

Works perfectly fine. The perfect size for the space in my kitchen. It’s a counter depth so it doesn’t extend out past the counter and pantry too much. I like that there are two separate pads for ice and water. Only dreawback is that freezer space is a lil tight, but this is the only fridge I could find that fits in the space I have.

Great fridge that fit my new house. Love the black SS. Careful where you place the fridge door shelves. If not correctly inline with the interior shelves, they fall out or the door doesn't close. Freezer is small due to icemaker.

It was a long heat wave during the SARSCoV2 pandemic when my refrigerator died and I found I only had 2 choices between what was actually in stock & available for next day delivery & would fit through the final, of course narrowest doorway. It has too many cold spots that are freezing spots, not enough of the size shelves you’ll find you need or baskets for refrigerator door. It’s VERY NOISY and I’m grateful not to have that awful open kitchen concept or a small home w/living room or bedrooms near kitchen or it would be unbearable. Yet, I’m grateful for the rep that stayed on the phone with me searching through stock inventory to finally find whatever was available to help make things easier for me during stressful time.

Nothing not to like! Looks great, works great. We replaced a GE with freezer on the bottom and it feel like we have a ton more room. Cool feature to dispense a set amount of water.

Good value for the price, very attractive with convenient water and ice dispensing on door. Keep in mind this is counter-depth, so interior is less roomy. Shelves are not adjustable, door compartment shelves are. Has three (3) drawers for better organization/separation of food items/types. Con: Refrigerator door will "fall" to full open; tech adjusted leveling and pulled unit further into the kitchen to stop it from hitting wall, but said nothing more could be done to stop the "opening" issue.

Our old fridge stopped working (fridge side, freezer was fine) but there was very little inventory due to the pandemic. This was one of the few we could get in less than 3 months so we went with it. It's much smaller than I realized. The door has large trays but the inside shelves are very small. The freezer looks like it's missing a middle shelf all together. Very little space there. The water and ice dispensers are kind of stiff so you have to push hard towards the top of the lever. Does it keep the food cold, yes, but I would go with a larger fridge and double check the shelf space you need. Also, we are 2 adults and 2 toddlers so the space issues aren't due to lots and lots of food.

It's okay. Small, because it's counter-depth (ok for us because we don't want one that protrudes into the kitchen very far and have another freezer & fridge in the garage), the freezer storage is tiny because of the ice/water in the door, and the front/bottom is not the most attractive thing, a more traditional 'grate' style bottom would have been a more polished look. It appears to function quite well in the 3 weeks we've had it; in 3 YEARS I'll know for sure. If you're looking at this, be sure the small size is something you can work with. I'd recommend it to a friend only if there are no more than 3 people in the family OR they have auxillary cold storage beyond this.

I would have given this 5 stars but the door handles don't really match the outside of the fridge. They are darker...but I didn't want to send it back because of that. The frig is great. perfect size, love the shelve and drawer positions, front water and ice dispenser. Perfect.

Only had it a month now here are a few things I don’t like. It’s very noisy and it should come with another freezer shelf. I do like the finish on the SS and like the counter depth. I will update after we have a bit longer.

Looked at many refs in the $1,000-$1,800 range & this one was a good deal. Really happy with looks & performance. Yup—could use another shelf in the freezer. Don’t find it noisy. Makes plenty of ice & replenishes quickly. Chilled water is cool-not “chilled”. Not allot of bells and whistles, but functions as expected.

Looks nice, keeps things cold, and seems reliable. Shelves are not flexible so it is what it is.

Love this fridge! Love that the ice isn't the standard half moon shape, it is more like ice cubes should be. The ice took some time to catch up to our family of 5 but once it did we have plenty. The counter depth is amazing in our narrow kitchen. My youngest likes that she can put her glass under the water dispenser, enter in the amount of water desired and do something else while it fills (teens are sssooo busy these days...). Would definitely recommend.

Spacious for side-by-side refrigerator. Takes a while to hit temperature. Has good water dispenser features. Watch the fridge temperature setting.

You cannot beat this for the price. I did need a couple extra shelves but other than that it looks amazing and I am surprised how much it holds. I don't see much difference between this one and a 25 cubic ft one I had. I am really glad I went with the counter depth. It makes a huge difference in a kitchen with an island. The reviews about noise? Ice drops into the tray, but it is not loud.

I’ve had this for about a month now, overall it’s a good size for a family of 3. Pretty good size compartments. The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because it is kind of loud. Otherwise it works great!

Great refrigerator for our small space. Of course, with the counter depth you lose storage space.

Always a whirlpool fan but am a bit disappointed in the particular appliance. It runs very loud - can be heard all over the house. It makes a grinding noise occasionally - even before ice & water hooked up so wouldn’t seem to be related to ice maker. Best Buy replaced the original one I purchased for this reason, but the replacement makes the same sound. Shelves are not well-designed & the freezer needs another shelf.

We moved from a house that had room for a full-size refrigerator so having to adjust to this counter depth refrigerator was going to be difficult for me. We previously had a very expensive Samsung refrigerator and the icemaker constantly froze over and worked about 15% of the time. This refrigerator fit perfectly in our counter depth space and holds more than enough food. The icemaker is absolutely fabulous, you can either get ice from the door with your glass or you can open the freezer door and grab handfuls of ice very easily out of the ice holder.
