No one here claims to have dropped anything on it, but there r 3 dents, very noticeable.

Horrible service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The entire process of having to exchange the original purchase of a Samsung refrigerator for having a dysfunctional ice maker, the disrespect I received from the 1st delivery guys, the run around I received from the Geek Squad representatives, my experience has been horrible. The Whirlpool refrigerator I had to pick out due to the limited ones that were available and that were the appropriate size was very limited. I received little understanding for the treatment I received throughout this process. I was very disappointed with the service I received and no one contacted me after I spoke to managers to assure I was taken care of properly.
