I just love it. Nice ,firm,styles Dishwasher . It's come with two trays for silverware etc. Clean nice and have a control set time .

Ran two cycles just fine, was very happy with the results after not having a working dishwasher for months. Now after three days of owning it, it won't fill with water but it still tries to complete the cycle and drain water that isn't there. The detergent door pops open and just spills the soap out. Even if I cancel the cycle it will still turn itself on and try to drain. I have to pop the door open or it will keep doing it. Technician is scheduled to come out and look at it. Very disappointed so far...

Worst dishwasher experience ever never buy this product plastics were not in the shape in 10 days start to leak into the house everytime we used. it was really annoying not to be able to get any help from Best buy or Whirlpool! They asked for extended warranty its less than a month what extension! These 2 companies showed their best of their customer service. !

Very pleased with this unit. I got it on sale for 399. Because of the pandemic I had to install it my self. Very straight forward, not technically difficult. Note-the water connection on the dishwasher is 3/8 inch, my old house had a 1/2 inch water line connection so I needed an adapter. Just make sure the install kit you buy has adapters with it, the one I bought didn’t. This dishwasher is very quiet, I can only hear it if I’m right next to it. The dishes come out clean and totally dry. ( I do use a rinse aid). I usually use the standard cycle with heat dry and it takes about 3 hours. There is a quick 1 hour cycle for small loads but I haven’t used it yet. Whirlpool dishwashers are rated very high for reliability. Even higher than Maytag which I replaced after 20 years. I highly recommend this this machine.

The washer is very poor quality inside. It’s not draining and getting tech support has been a nightmare

Great Dishwasher! We purchased this shorty after closing on our home, it and is currently once of our best kitchen appliances. Pros: 1. Easy to install 2. Very heavy to duty, gets dishes very clean. 3. Runs very, very quiet. Unless you get near it you won't know its processing a cleaning cycle.

Had a Frigidaire dishwasher that was manufactured about 15 years ago. Replaced the motor two years ago. Nevertheless, the top sprayer inconsistently cleaned the dishes even after I removed the little ball that diverts the water top and bottom. Got tired of washing dishes before and after the wash cycle, so did online reviewing and settled on this dishwasher. I love it. Simple instructions, gets the dishes clean, and much more quiet than the Frigidaire. My daughter and I got it swapped out in a few hours. Wish I would have switched it out sooner.

So it's been 30 years since I bought a dishwasher... the old one doesn't owe me a penny! I am very impressed at how quiet this dishwasher is. My dishes are sparkling, and as a single person, I only run the dishwasher about once/week. I give dishes a quick rinse to get off the big stuff before putting them in the dishwasher, but don't rinse super well, as I understand the detergent needs some residue there to work its best. The normal cycle takes about 3 hours, which seems counterintuitive to being energy efficient, but I'm told that's how it works. My new energy efficient washing machine takes about an hour and a quarter to do a normal load, too. My old one took 45 minutes, tops.

We purchased this unit and needed something affordable. We were not disappointed. The unit was light and easy for my wife and I to get into the house. Even with a tight fit with regard to how deep we could push the unit in (we didn't have as much depth as we would have liked as the unit sits close to an outside wall), we were still able to work it in. Connectors were very easy. A simply flexible supply line connects on the left side near the front of the unit. Nice long drain hose which we needed. The unit has good padding and is quiet.

Our 15 years Whirlpool needed to be replaced. Did not have time to do as in depth research as normal and there was limited inventory Best Buy. Based on the reviews this model was the best choice out of what was available. For a dishwasher it works as it should but their needs to be a program upgrade. If you want your items dry you have to select, heated dry. With that being the case, it should default to 'heated dry' when you select a cycle. if you forget to engage the option you cannot enable it again unless you do a quick cycle. You also need to use the rinse aid as well. the fill level is hard to read on this model for the rinse aid, unlike my previous unit. Also the silverware basket should be divided into 1/4 to allow the placement of silverware which does not match up to the very narrow grid. We also wipe the off our dishes and dinner ware before placing into dishwasher since we run the unit about twice a week, no need for it to harden and become a biology experiment while in the dishwasher.

Pleased with this dishwasher as have been using for 1 year now. It does need the door seal cleaned occasionally as I once had water leak out the door.

Whirlpool needs more quality controllers. As, this unit rusted inside the door and it was only 3 years old

This is a great dishwasher for the price. I have put baking dishes with baked on and dried on food in it and they have come out sparkling clean. Except for the occasional cup or plastic container on the top rack where water pools in the lip, the drying feature works great. And it is quiet. I no longer have to turn up the television in the living room to hear over the dishwasher in the kitchen. The only con I have found is that most of the wash cycles are 3 hours long but I can live with that. Over all, this is a great dishwasher that won't break the bank.

Just after Christmas our old dishwasher was done working. So after some research and looking at what was available the soonest, we decided on this model. Installation was relatively easy; I had to drill two holes to set the anchor screws into the cabinets. I did not like the tabs that needed to be installed for the in-cabinet install. As far as function, it cleans well, has plenty of room and adjustments. I would buy this again.
