I'm not sure if it is a problem with the washer or the installation that I paid for. When it did work it was so noisy it sounded like I was living in an industrial laundry. Working with Best Buy to get it delivered and installed was painful. It took 3 weeks for delivery and they messed up the installation order so I had to reschedule that.
