The cup does not open for the detergent. I have tried liquid, pods and powder. When leave the cup open, the. Detergent doesn’t dissolve. Dishes are not clean. I tried calling, been on hold for days. No resolution. Not happy at all with this product or installation service of Best Buy.

Review is for best(worst) buy not dishwasher

Got an email product was delayed and then order was canceled on August 22nd. I could have ordered the same dishwasher somewhere else and would have it now. Best buy should be renamed worst buy. What a joke. I paid cash so now what do i do? I guess it's my responsibility to try and get my money back. Worst buy, you suck. I have spent a lot of money at your stores over the years, but there are many other places to go and I will be using them.

Part on order for over 2 months. Now they are unable to get the part so a shipping company is sending a new one within 30 days.

It’s loud, cleans just ok and does not dry at all well. Plastic racks are poorly constructed and silverware rack is flimsy. Going to have it for many years…invest is a better one like we did.

The smell doesn't go off easily...yes I am using platinum cascade lemon scented pods. Next of all I have tried all settings and still my dishes are never come completely dry. My previous apartment had old GE dishwasher which did far better Job than this one. Truly disappointed with the whole whirlpool range of dishwasher, ovens and cooking range... Whirlpool would never be my choice ever in future.

Decent Operation, High Maintenance

We've had these dishwashers installed in several apartment units and while we have some 10+ years old equipment requiring minor upkeep, monthly disassembly and cleaning is required for this one basically. The front steam trap does not let moisture out adequately, causing things to remain very moist in the unit and often gets moldy. If you don't maintain the drains every 45 - 60 days and make sure no food is on dishes, you'll have yourself a disgusting mess.

Somewhat disappointed

I thought there was a loud vehicle running in my driveway but it was the dishwasher. Wish I had gotten the GE one I was debating getting instead. I've had Whirlpool major appliances for many yrs and was always pleased. So this has been a bit of a let down.
