Has been lightly used by two adults the entire time, and only used 6 months a year, and it still broke. Super disappointed. The cost to repair the spring is two-thirds the price of a new dishwasher! And I've been warned that replacing one spring might likely cause the other spring to break as well, since the new spring is so much stronger than the old one. The Best Buy crew that installed it two years ago, and the technician who explained my options for repair, were both excellent, no complaints there. But the repair tech said this was his fifth repair call for this problem in recent months, and I'm beyond frustrated that Best Buy continues to sells this product.
