Good appliance Bad service

Paid for install and geek squad. Install said couldnt. Paid plumber. Plumber said they could have. Have called too many times to count. Three times said couldnt reschedule becausebin transit even though sitting in my kitchen. Finally an appointment again. No confirmation. Still not installed. Upset and let down.
