This is the loudest fridge I've ever heard. Doesnt make much ice either. The drawers guides do not exist. If you pull the middle drawer the cover will come with it. I do like the size and the brightness of the light. On other hand I'm a little irritated with best buys installers. The managed to scratch up my paint and drywall during the exchange. has issues with ice dispenser- ice cubes get stuck in chute and melt there and/or fall onto floor creating small pool of water. Storage temperatures easy to control and maintain desired temp per the presets

I've been using this Whirlpool 24.5 side-by-side for about 12 days now. It's an okay refrigerator. I was happier with the used white Whirlpool top freezer we had for 5 years before this, but we wanted more space. For $2,000 (including warranty) I would expect better. There are many reviews that say ice falls out of the external dispenser randomly... believe those reviews. It happens pretty much daily and its annoying that a $2k purchase has that big of a flaw. Another issue people had was with the location of the external water dispenser spout. They mentioned that it's too forward and any residual water falls straight down the fridge and to the floor. Thats correct too. If you're careful, it's fine, but if you have guests that want to use the fridge the way it's supposed to be used, be ready to clean up. Not too big of a deal. The one thing I was excited about was that my door handles were actually lined up. Some people said theirs were offset and I wasn't looking forward to that, but ours were fine. I've considered returning this fridge under the 15 day return, but I'm not ready to deal with that hassle and just want to have a fridge that works. Would I buy it again? Nope. I love the look of Samsung, but they have issues with the coils freezing over so we didn't buy a Samsung. Before this Whirlpool we bought a used Samsung and sure enough the coils froze and the fridge stopped cooling within 2 weeks. Not a fun experience. However, this hasn't been fun either. My favorite part of this purchase was getting the warranty ($350)

Nice refrigerator and live the space inside! Easy to clean too. The only con is water tray gets full From ice and sometimes goes on floor when you open freezer door

Great customer service at the Northlake location. The store associate was able to answer all of our questions. Product was delivered on a timely manner. We love our new Whirlpool Refrigerator. It's spacious and operates in a way that makes the whole family happy. One thing that I love about the refrigerator is that it's fingerprint resistant. No more constant smudge cleaning for me.

I love it. great design and cools really well. Also preserves Vegetables longer. The flaws, water tends to leak from dispenser, drawers not high enough for beer in 2nd and 3rd rows.

Works great so far. Sleek look. A lot of space inside without wasted space for unnecessary compartments. Ice dispenser a little louder than expected but not a big deal.

Very loud turns off and on each you open the door.looks nice , works well, largest freezer space i found within this class, very functional.

Pros: I really like the fridge. Easy to clean interior and exterior. Plenty of room inside and smart placement and ability to move shelving. I also like that the water filter is outside the fridge, not taking up space inside. The ice cube bucket is also very easy for my 9 year old to take out to fill coolers and such. Cons: The motor and ice maker are both really loud. Also there are no “feet” on the fridge so if it’s not full, the entire unit moves when you open the door. The door does not close automatically either so if you have children who don’t push it to close, it will sit open.

Love my new fridge. Works great. It does make noise from ice machine, which is normal. But it also makes noise when you close the freezer door, a high pitched sound. I looked it up and it’s when the fridge is resetting the temperature ( or something like that). It’s not every time but often enough to mention.

I have only few weeks but so far so good. I love the modern design and the interiors with thin shelves. Freezer has a lot of space with ice dispenser in the door instead on interior. It is not noisy and keeps things really cold set at less than maximun. Water and ice dispenser works great. Love it!

Good quality. A little more noisy than I would Ike, but love the size and features. Would like the water ice area to be deeper.

We purchased our new refrigerator from Best Buy about a month ago. The appliance is easy to use and only a few adjustments for cold settings to understand. The unit looks great and most certainly is saving us electricity charges compared to our old refrigerator. The refrigerator does make noises other reviewers mention, but not to a great degree. We are happy with the purchase. Salesperson and installers did a very good job as well.

I've only had a few weeks but overall, this is a good refrigerator. The ice maker works well. The freezer keeps things really cold. On the refrigerator side, if you open the door for more than a few seconds, the temperature drops rapidly. Otherwise, it does well. I didn't want stainless but had no choice since I couldn't wait several months. It still shows fingerprints. Overall, I am happy with this product.

Plenty big enough but ice maker is not well insulated & noisy. Temp controls for freezer, refrig & ice maker are great!

Refrigerator has a spacious freezer.....lots of shelf space.....easy to access. The placement of the water and ice dispenser is awkward. It is difficult to use one without bumping the other. Both of these openings drip after usage. The ice in the storage bin clumps and melts together. There is ample room in the storage drawers, but there is no humidity control. For the price, I had hoped for a more quality product.

Ice dispenser is behind the water dispenser and in my opinion the height of the dispenser area is not high enough. Depending on the size of the glass it is hard to get to the ice without hitting the water. Also the wheels don’t lock so the fridge moves every time you go to open the doors. Easy fix is a door stop. Not exactly pretty, but it works. Layout of shelving is great. Plenty of room. Depth is perfect for our kitchen. Most fridges are at least 2 inches deeper.

This refrigerator runs very quiet is very spacious and has a nice sleek look, however the ice maker does not work very well it will hold ice in the dispenser and it will melt and run out into the floor and the ice make will jam a lot

I love the fridge I would have given it 5 stars but with the ice dispenser being behind the water dispenser if you have a taller cup and you want just ice it's hard not to hit the water dispenser also.
