Doors are uneven and the water dispenser sticks out to where water drips down door and on the floor.

I like the refrigerator as a whole. It’s spacious enough for our needs. Cold water and ice maker/dispenser are great. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there are times that it’s motor is loud. I have not read the whole manual yet. I’m not sure if it’s really that loud. But it’s not a big deal to us.

This whirlpool is made in USA which is a plus! Lots and lots of storage, big shelf’s. Would of gave it a 5 star if it was a little more quieter, Can hear it turn on, water kick on to make ice. Shelf’s are made of thinner plastic could be heavier and they don’t slide easily. Over all a good refrigerator for the money.

Had product for about 1 1/2 yr. Ice maker was troubling from beginning would stop working on and off. It finally "died". My problem is not that the ice maker broke, I expect things to break. My complaint is with the Geek Squad warranty. Within a week, they sent someone over just to confirm that it is broken. They have to order a part and they rescheduled repair order to allow for receipt of the part--I believe they entire ice maker. Towards the end of the day for the rescheduled appt. they call to say repair cannot be done that day. I had to call to reschedule going through waiting on the phone routine. Finally able to reschedule next day--today. It's now 5:00pm and not a call or sign of the Geek Squad.

Very roomy an excellent value and I love that I have an ice maker that really works. The only thing I don’t like is because the water lever is right over the ice lever and you can just have a digital button to change it from water to ice, I can’t put my 32 ounce jug up to the dispenser to fill it with ice.

I returned it. It just made too much noise for me. It was on and running about 80% of the time. The noise level according to my 'decibel meter' level was about a 44 Db. My wife and daughter weren't bothered by the humming. It drove me crazy. I called Whirlpool and they said that's how they optimize the energy efficiency. I called Best Buy and they said they would have someone come and check it out. I decided to trade it in for a comparable Samsung model before the 15 day return policy. I'm glad I did. The new Samsung runs quite, at about 37 Db. I don't notice it at all as one should with a refrigerator. I really have learned to value Best Buy's customer service and patience with their customers. If your sensitive to humming, I would recommend the Samsung rather than this Whirlpool.

This whirlpool refrigerator is simple, a simple design and simple work format.

Bought GE because Whirlpool one was obnoxiously loud so far so good but this is 3rd delivery so hope we've got longevity with this one. 1st one lasted 65 days and 2nd was dented.

The built in ice maker is a slight pain. The ice will get stuck in the dispenser and start to freeze up and jam it. You have to cancel the ice dispensing by hitting the water button while you still hold it, to ensure all the ice comes out and doesnt get stuck. Its annoying. If it gets stuck it will drip on the stainless steel.

I love having the ice maker in the door instead of taking up a large portion of the freezer space. And I appreciate that this is one of the few refrigerators that still offers a deli drawer. I do however wish the refrigerator shelves were height adjustable.

We specifically were looking for a Whirlpool refrigerator since that was the brand we have had the most reliability from. Greater space and functionality than the GE model it replaced. I do agree that the water and ice maker features could me made more quiet. However, this unit is designed well and so far has been worth the investment.

I was SO disappointed. It is such a beautiful looking refrigerator, and the doors and handles dont even line up properly. The right door stuck out significatntly more than the left which made it look immediately like a defect. Also the ice cube tray was leaking. I ordered another fridge to come out and was EXACT same issue so obviously there is a DEFECT in this model. The driver also told me that they returned four others of this EXACT same fridge. Wish I knew before I wasted time and money. I will return it and get a new one all together.

Still a new appliance for my household. I would have liked an additional Shelf in the Refrigerator Door and the two larger drawers in the bottom seem to bind even when they are empty. Any suggestions on how to make them open smoothly? Would hold recommendation unless they fixed my issues. Steven

Just what we needed. Fits perfectly, roomy, and beautiful. Love this refridgerator. Will go back to Best Buy when in the market for our next big appliance purchase.

We really like the refrigerator. This is our first side by side. This gives you more freezer space but at the cost of less refrigerator space. The ice maker is nice but every now and then it drops out an ice cube. Its a good thing we have puppies that like ice.

I like the refrigerator but the doors are not the same height. I would like to know if the right door can be lowered a bit to match the left door. The refrigerator handle and freezer door handle don't match up.

I really like this fridge so far. We have had is for about 3 weeks and haven't had any complaints other than the ice can melt onto the floor if it gets left in the wrong spot in the dispenser. The fridge and freezer have a lot of space. Great fridge so far
