I live this refrigerator. It fits so much stuff and stays the perfect temperature. Easy to clean.

This product has been a nightmare!!! Delivery guys came to deliver/install this refrigerator on 12/22 every early in the morning I was fine with. They installed water hose for the ice maker and filtered water to the fridge. A couple hours later I get a puddle of water on my kitchen floor and damaging my wood floor in the kitchen. I thought the water was coming from my kitchen sink but when I investigated it was coming from underneath the Whirlpool refrigerator. I checked the hose coming from the wall and behind the refrigerator and everything was tight. Each time the fridge was trying to make ice a lot of water started to come out from under the fridge. I called geek squad about the problem and they schedule me a appointment for someone to come fix the fridge for 12/30 morning. On 12/30 two guys knocks on my door and said that they are here to look at the fridge. I let them in. They took less then 10 mins and said no damages were done to this fridge from the delivery guys. And then he got on the phone and talk to a dispatcher and said when do I want the repair guys to show up? I was confused and I said “are these the guys are supposed to fix the refrigerator” they said no these are the guys that survey the delivery site after the guys are done. I got angry when they told me that I wasted my time just for two guys to come look at my fridge. So the dispatcher (not geek squad) on the phone ask me to schedule a repair date. So we schedule a repair date for 1/2/20 morning. A repair guy shows up and right away he said is a connection the splits the water to the ice maker and filtered water. The repair guy said he does not have that part because Supervior need to approve that part or go pick it up in Bakersfield where the repair guy is base out of. My BIG MISTAKE was accommodating the repair guy For not driving 1 hr & 30min to Bakersfield. He said he is going to order the part and it will be arriving in two days. i was ok that’s fine. He scheduled me for 1/11/20. So 9 days with no water to the fridge. I get a call at 10:30am from the repair dispatcher ( not geek squad ) named Adrian saying that the repair guy cannot show up for no reason. I asked him I want to talk to a manager to escalate this appointment because I need my ice and water to work on this fridge. He said he was going to call me to confirm the appointment for someone to come out the same day. I did not get a call, so I called in and they were closed. So he scheduled me for one weeks out without my authorization. I called geek squad and NO HELP at all. Kitchen wood floors damaged refrigerator that does not make any ice or water. Their warranty process is a joke. I would not buy another refrigerator at Best Buy ever again. I’ll probably stick with Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, for refrigerators

Happy with the performance but not so much with the water dispenser and ice dispenser. Using the crushed feature will result in an ice jam...so use only cubes. I have followed the suggestion to check the ice bin for build up of ice crystals , clean it weekly and empty the ice bin once per week. The water dispenser is poorly designed as it leaks down the front of the freezer door.

Perfect size, a little smaller that the usual for fitting reasons. Ice maker is louder than expected.

Came without back roller. When can I expect placement? Ice and water dispenser messy--very disappointing.

I am very happy with this fridge. I was a little concerned with the small size of the ice maker but felt it was a good trade off for having an extra shelf in the freezer. Having used it for a month i have not run below 2/3 full on the ice maker so my initial concern was unwarranted. The fridge runs very quietly.

Problem with the ice maker. Water is leaking down where the ice cubes come out. The ice inside the ice tray got frozen together, so the motor cannot turns so the ice cannot comes down when push on the ice lever. The technician from whirlpool said because the ice door on the bottom doesn’t close tight so the hot air outside melt the ice. That’s common for this refrigerator, he said.

Love the refrigerator. Very clean design and works like a charm. Happy with the service provided.

The first refrigerator's ice machine didn't work. Best Buy was AWESOME with how quickly they replaced the fridge (two days). My old fridge was about 30 years old, so to say this is a luxury is an understatement! I'm excited to see how much my electric bill decreases, since I'm sure my old fridge was an electricity hog. The refrigerator is a beauty and love how it is "fingerprint-resistant". So far so good!

I'm very satisfied with this refrigerator, though I've only had it a few weeks. I was worried about finger prints and am pleasantly surprised that is shows almost no prints. Plenty of room in the fridge. shelves and drawers seem sturdy. I like the icemaker in the freezer door. There is a clever half fold up shelf in freezer to allow for pizza to store standing. This fridge doesn't seem any noisier than previous ones.

Great looking fridge. The option to move the shelves is nice and the in door ice machine saves room in the freezer.

Interior fridge and freezer is bright and spacious. The ice maker leaks a little.

The shelves are good and sturdy and there is good storage in the door. The freezer has a pizza storage area in the top which has proven useful as has the basket in the bottom. The only thing that I have found so far that I don’t like is that the filter for the water is at the very bottom on the outside of the fridge. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Nice size refrigerator but it's a little noisy and they should've covered the exposed areas at the bottom of the fridge.

Only had for a couple of days but so far glad I went with Whirlpool. Previous refrigerator was a Samsung.m
