It is not stainless steel and does not match the stainless steel face of the KitchenAide microwave it is paired with or other KitchenAide stainless steel appliances in our kitchen. It is not even painted silver on the top, bottom or sides. It also has gaps on the top, bottom and sides. In contrast, the trim piece paired with the prior KitchenAide microwave we installed in 2007 was stainless steel, was flush to the wall on all sides and exactly matched the microwave and our other KitchenAide stainless steel ovens and range. The drop off in quality is severe. Unfortunately, our old stainless steel trim piece will not fit with the closest current model KitchenAide microwave. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the low quality and appearance of of this item!

The "DEPTH" almost always is missing or given as 11/8??? When we ask to provide the depth it is never answered. MICROWAVE is a BOX which specification must include all dimensions. Please ...give us ALL the correct dimensions. THANK YOU?
