The removable agitator is a great feature, I am now able to wash comforters at home. This washer has a large lid an tub making it easy to load and unload. I highly recommend.

Everything is autosensing and it does not autosense well. The drum does not fill enough. The agitation is very light, yet very loud. The water hammers when closing both the hot water and cold water. I am afraid my plumbing will break. Adding clothes mid fill is extremely hard, plus you cannot load while filling.

It kept getting auto canceled. Even when they tried to put it in as a cash purchase, it still was auto canceled. The only compensation I received was free delivery and hose hookups for greet. To me a problem with such an order, I felt I should have gotten more. Have someone contact me please!!!’

Its height is easier to reach the bottom of tub. Like choices of water levels. Prefer the agitator and option to remove it for large items. Nice delivery guys installed the washer and explained how to use it.
