    The smart features of this oven "Scan to Cook" are EXTREMELY Limited. I don't even get it. I try to scan everything, but only a handful of items are in their UPC library and it makes no sense. Major national brand things like Chicken nuggets and Pizza rolls won't scan, but oddball store brand items will. Next the heat is inconsistent and you need to consistently have to turn your food (Pizza, Lasagne, Cassaroles) and pans (Cookies, Cupcakes and other Bakes Goods) so that the entire item or batch of items will get evenly cooked. The rear of the oven is where the hot spots are.

    First and LAST time I ever buy an open box item from Best Buy. Salesman assured us that there was nothing wrong with this unit as just came off display, WRONG. There is something wrong because the lower oven light will not shut off. Called Best Buy, Madison East store and was told to call Whirlpool to get satisfaction.

    Can’t do review your delivery team drop my oven. And damage it now I have to wait almost three months to get a new one. I think this will be my last purchase.

    Has not worked properly since installed

    This was part of a complete kitchen so I spent $6700 at the Best Buy in Melbourne FL. I had to wait extra time for this item and my cooktop. So, I had to have an electrician install each item on separate days at an increased expense. The double oven lights flicker whenever it is used. It is like a strobe light. I called Whirlpool as it has been installed less than 6 months. They have sent repair people out 3 times and basically replaced everything but it still does not work. I called best buy but they will not even return my phone calls. My next step is to have the electrician come and remove it and help me take it back. HUGE mistake buying this from best buy. They have not supported the products at all.

    After 3 years, control panel failed in lower oven, Convection does not work well. Over priced and Whirlpool does not stand behind the quality of their product.
