At least this is what I thought from what my contractor said. I went to the store and they explained they are actually hidden in the packaging between 2 sheets of cardboard you can’t suspect unless you know and that there have been many complaints. Given that, how come didn’t corrective actions made from the manufacturer? My contractor tossed the packaging, most likely with the burner caps, and I now need to figure out how to get them and pay in addition to something that is supposed to be included but that many people are missing because of a poor packaging design...

When you open it, be sure to check all the packaging for all parts. We almost threw away the covers for the gas range. All in all great value.

The old item was a lot better same brand but this new product is cheap, the grate moves if you’re not careful. I don’t think it’s safe it should not move at all. I tried to return it but Best Buy won’t accept it because it’s passed the deadline.

Best Buy failed to help us after repeated phone calls. Also Best Buy delivery service confusing, made us believe they would install stove top for us.
