Self Cleaning= Self Destruction

Decided to use the self-cleaning mode for the 1st time yesterday. Well, that was the worst decision I made since purchasing this product. The unit has completely lost power and door is still locked from the self-cleaning mode. After this issue, I took to the internet to find out how to open the door, and to my surprise this is a KNOWN and COMMON issue with this unit! I sucks to pay that much money for the wall oven and it doesn't do what it's supposed to do... and dies the first time you do it!. Stove dependability
