Love this range. It is a learning experience from my old one because there is different things the old one didn't have but I am getting it.

GE range did not have as good an insulating door gasket as same model on display. On top of that the insulating gasket was falling off and would not snap back into position. Returned range.

Best Buy delivered a defective product, and I am returning it. However, it takes hours to connect with Best Buy's customer service. The experience is worse than the worst and even worse than the defective product itself.

took a month to get drivers because the driver driver forgot a part. customer service was no help and had so much attitude. they hung up on us multiple times when asked to escalate situation. our delivery date got changed 4 times before we actually got it delivered.

The seal does not seal well at ALL ,I'll never buy anything from best buy again.

It works however this is made so cheap i have had top replaced after cooking one time,the top glass started peeling on inside as if paint was applied to color glass and wasn't 2 weeks new one is the same ,mrtal made so thin its actually flimsy the pull out drawer is so flimsy it barely sits in tracks and looks crooked and unlevel no matter how u adjust it
