The range is well built, and visually appealing. There are lots of nice features, including a dual-sized burner that can be controlled through the direction the knob is turned. The oven is huge, with three racks available for baking. The storage drawer under the oven is smaller than most drawers, so don't count on being able to store a lot of cookware. Also, it seems to leave a fairly large gap between the top of the drawer face and the bottom of the range door. Plus, the drawer doesn't seem to sit level in the track. These are cosmetic, so it's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if the fit were better. The convection feature also has a learning curve. At least with the first few things we've tried it on, it doesn't seem to shorten cooking time, and doesn't lead to better browning. We'll have to do some more reading on how to better use that feature.

I purchased this range just before Thanksgiving. It performed well for a large meal, I like the extra large capacity as well as the 5 element top. The oven seems to take awhile to preheat even in rapid preheat mode. I was most concerned about reviews regarding the glass top scratching but have had no issues. The enclosed scrubbing pad and cleaner work great and what appears to be scratches buff out with a little pressure so no issues with scratching. The self cleaning mode works great, quick and easy to use. There were some reviews criticizing the thin metal and I have to agree, it feels very thin and I am very cautious especially loading and unloading the pans in the storage area (which is very small - a drawback of course to the large oven capacity). My range came damaged on the side panel, I'm sure this is common during transport but I am sure the thin metal was a factor. Overall I am happy with my purchase although with a shift to stainless appliances in the market, the white appliances seemed to be a higher price point than the stainless but I had to match my other appliances with white.

This range was chosen for the features, a large three shelf oven as well as variable larger size cooking surfaces. Since getting the new Whirlpool range my baking is more reliable and spot on. Having larger variable cooking options on stove top is a great convenience. This range looks great. Only negative is the small and cheaply made storage drawer. Can only fit 1/2 the content that was in my previous Whirlpool range drawer.

I love the larger oven and window. The top being black show all the finger marks etc. I also thought the bottom drawer was for storage and not a warming draw. But I use it for storage.

I had no idea that we could purchase "Open Box" items at the store. My wife and I were looking for a replacement for our electric stove and walked in to the store just to browse for items. To our big surprise, not only did we see a brand new stove it had an amazing low price. We jump at it and bought it on the spot. We are glad we did.

This is a little new we have only had it for a month and still getting use to all the features it has. It is a major up grade from our old one. Still getting use to cooking in the convection oven.

After looking a several major brands I decided to go with the Whirlpool. Loved the two huge multi burners up front. The large oven with the three racks inside was a huge plus too. Most of the other ovens only had two. My sister was also looking and ended up getting another brand. After she had hers installed, she said she wished she bought the same oven as I had purchased. Said the Whirlpool had more features and seemed to be built better.

Great stove, looks very nice and really easy to use. My previous Whirlpool stove lasts for 15 years. I hope this one as good as the previous was. The only downside that now I need to buy a new dishwasher and over the stove microwave to finish the look

I haven't used all the features yet, but the stove looks great and it seems easy to use. The oven is big...........so nice. I really think I am going to enjoy the oven racks, positioning them, once I really start using the oven.

I was not at all happy about getting about 10-12 emails saying my order was being cancelled because they could not reach me--I had an appointment scheduled. I found the communication between me and Best Buy appalling!

I bought a clearance item which had to be returned. This is a very good item but unfortunately malfunctioned for me. I'm sure a new product would have satisfied what I was looking for.

This is my first flat top. Yes, it's different than the coil burners I'm used to. I've barely had it 2 months, and I've found the top is not easy to clean. Even water drips are hard to come off. I've been so careful to clean it each time. I haven't had any big spills or boil overs either. But yet there are spots that will not come off. I've only used the oven a few times. I was so excited to bake cookies using the convection. Anyone who bakes cookies knows it only takes about 10 - 12 min for cookies. But yet it took about 25 min. for chocolate chip cookies!! NOT happy. And today I noticed the oven had a "little" splatter , no big deal, I wiped it down, poured in the water, thinking although it wasn't really dirty, I'd try using the cleaning feature. Unreal!! The only thing that was easy to wipe off was the 2" spill that was sitting in the water. Otherwise I had to use a Brillo pad, and it still didn't come off. This is the worst stove I've ever had. And it is slow to heat. I knew it would take time to get used to it, but this is crazy for the money we paid.
