Got rid of the glass top to eliminate trying to keep it clean and avoiding the need to purchase expensive cleaning supplies. Temperature control is much easier than the old glass top. Replace the silver metal pans with dark ones that are easier to clean. Had this a year and am pleased with operation and price. Not as good and sturdy as the old Kenmore ranges, but these are no longer manufacturered.

I really love that it has 2 big burners and 2 small ones. The oven is a good size as well.
