Cleans well but needs to last longer. I think the Electrolux is better but I needed the matching unit as the dryer is the best ventless dryer.

If you are in the market for a full size heat pump dryer, then you likely know that Whirlpool is the only option right now. I also bought the stacking kit, and the pair fit right into my tiny condo laundry closet. Now I have a full size washer and dryer in my condo, which is a huge improvement over the combo units that usually come in condos. The only downside is that I needed to hire an electrician to install a second outlet because my prior unit only used one outlet. The washer also has lots of great features, and I have no complaints. It is very quiet and looks great. If you live in a condo and have kids, then you need this washer with the matching heat pump dryer.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have a similar model with "clean" looking front panel--be warned that every 6 months you must clean the water filter, which means removing the front panel AND the door AND the boot/gasket; easily $200 in labor EVERY SIX MONTHS for routine maintenance. Unacceptable! Save yourself the headache and buy a Samsung instead!

GARBAGE!!!

Clothing doesn’t get clean even after multiple washes that can take literally ALL DAY. Its faster and more efficient to wash your clothing in the bath tub than use this sorry piece of JUNK. Why would anyone invent wash cycles that last 3 hours? Holds grime in rim so you have to clean the waher after every two cycles or your clothes are grimy. Skips extra rinse cycle and gets stuck in the 1-minute remaining in the cycle for 10-20 minutes so you never know ehn your laundry might actually be done. WHO HAS TIME FOR THIS??? This thing is nothing more than EXPENSIVE GARBAGE!
