They has rescheduled delivery so many times I have lost track. BestBuy has been a total nightmare to deal with. Buy it from someone else and save yourself a lot of headaches

I understand that they are designed to conserve water and so the reason why there is hardly any water in the machine when it's performing. I wish they will bring back those washers where the user can control the amount of water we want to use to wash our clothes.

Don’t waste your money

Couldn’t return it cus it passed the 14 days. Kept having to unplug it and replug to get it to work. Had a new board installed. Let’s see how it does. Ugh!

Does not clean clothes

It does not clean simple stains out of clothes - even when pre treated. I wish I was within my return window so I could send it back. I do not recommend.

Posted .Thank you for the review. The Department of Energy standards state how much water any water-based appliances can use, and our washers meet all of their stringent guidelines. We would recommend balling up the clothing similar to the size of a soccer ball, and place around the agitator one at a time. We would also recommend stacking it up so it is around the sides and the agitator plate is visible with all of the clothing around it. Do not fill up past the 2nd to last row of holes in the basket to help avoid overloading. The bulky cycle will allow more water to enter the tub, but will not spin on the highest spin setting. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the design, and can note your concerns.

Whirpool had to replace the dryer because it started having trouble after 6 months. Washer just stopped it runs water for about 5 seconds then stops and sensing light just flashes. O feel the quality is not there for this product.

Wouldn't drain water properly

Do not buy this washing machine

Repairs would have cost as much as the washer. Absolutely disgusted, thought I bought a good brand. Will never buy another whirlpool.
