I threw 2 sheets in it and the thing goes crazy and starts jumping 5 ft into the air. Absolutely horrible. Returning it and getting another one.

control board went bad after only 2 years

Geek Squad delivery team “ had no time to check operation” which is protocol terms on delivery agreement.

Worst purchase I ever made

Both Whirlpool and Best Buy have been sending me back and forth. If a rating of less than 1 was available, that's what I would give.

I was EXTREMELY skeptical after reading the bad reviews, especially because they were all saying the same thing. I have not had ANY problems! The noise. Is it louder then an older washer with an agitator in the middle? Yes. However considering we have a laundry room off of the kitchen it does not bother anything nor can you hear it. If your washing machine were to be close to your living room, you might want to rethink this purchase, it is louder because it senses the water instead of just filling. It does make an ERRR....ERRRR sound while doing so. Because it is saving you water. I wanted to see what this washer could do so I put very soiled clothes on quick wash setting. I couldn't believe how clean our clothes were. We thought our clothes were clean with our old washer....WRONG! You do need to follow instructions for this machine to work, it is not like older washers. Fill the drum like it has an agitator in the middle, pick the correct settings and it'll do it's job EXTREMELY well. We have not had the washer long so I cannot tell how it will hold up, I just want to say if you have any problems regarding it "not filling" or "extremely wet clothes" you have a defect product or you're doing something wrong. This machine works wonders and it's amazing for the price. The drum is decent size. We have six people in our household and it has cut down laundry time. I am extremely pleased.

Regret buying, washer is defective

The water does not fill enough to submerge the clothes. Clothes come out dripping wet. This is junk. I regret buying both the washer and dryer, but the washer especially is junk. Avoid this product.
