Piece of junk. Needed new transmission after 5 years. Minimum life of a washing machine should be 10-14 years. Contacted Whirlpool, and they won't help with repair or replacement. Stay away. I am looking at an LG with a 10 year warranty.

Had this one for a few yrs (maybe 4- not sure). Last year stopped draining. Had it repaired. Last week stopped draining. Burned out circuit board. Replaced today but told that broken gearbox probably caused the circuit board to burn out. Must replace. Pretty disappointed in this one.

I had no complaints until yesterday. Washer is almost 4 years old With careful use. It made a terrible schreking noise and stopped. Service man came out and said it can’t be fixed. We expected better.

Had a new washer installed at home yesterday. Once it goes past the Sense cycle, nothing happens and then the water drains out. Called Whirlpool, tried their troubleshooting instruction to no avail. These things used to be easy !

The colored clothes always have big white splotches on them. They actually get dirtier in the washer!! And often the washer doesn't drain properly and I have to rerun the spin cycle. The instructions that come with the machine are laughably inadequate for resolving any problems. They don't even explain the many cycles.

Purchased in January 2016 and now scheduling our 4th service call. 1st one came and had to order a part that came in a week. now not spinning again after serviced last week for same problem and the repairman knew it was major problem coming just in time for the warranty extension that came in the mail..... So in 40 weeks on ownership it has been out of service about 10% of the time.

worked only 7 months -clutch assembly went out , wash plate needs replacing-whirlpool will not replace unit-parts on back order over 6 weeks. customer no- service is a joke.

Only lasted a couple years. Since there was no agitator, it was constantly off balance which led to its demise.

I am very disappointed with this product. I must buy a new washing machine and this one is only 3 years old. Bearings are shot and the repair cost would be $400+. I will not buy a Whirlpool in the future, and neither will my friends.

The Worst Washer Whirlpool Cabrio Model: wtw7300dw0. From day 1 till now: rattles/shakes, does not clean clothes, can only add a few clothes, does not complete a full cycle, alarms E and F display. Warranty company has been out several times...finally I hope that I will get replacement or refund.

Never again will I buy a sensor washer. Clothes don’t come out clean and washer constantly goes off balance. The worst washer I ever owned.

Worst washer ever. Half of the time it stops on the spin cycle and the clothes are soaking wet when you go to get them. It tries to be energy efficient and save water but it doesn’t even fill enough to wash the clothes on a small load so clothes don’t even end up getting cleaned. Do not buy.

This washer is horrible. It uses little water so when soaking, your clothes are basically sitting in concentrated dirty water. You can't fill the washing machine with water and soap before loading. It also takes over an hour to do one load. Totally ridiculous. Worst washing machine I've ever owned.

Good product for 4 years then had latch switch issues. Cost to replace switch $165. 3 months latter agitator motor takes a dump. I've had Whirlpool and Kitchenaid products for years but this one was a dud.

Washer must be reset on its own after power outages. Reset time varies and no manual way to reset other than leaving unplugged and guessing when to plug back in.

Terrible washer. Always having to be worked on. Even the transmission went out on it. Buy something else.

I usually love Whirlpool but I am so disappointed in this washing machine!!! I bought this August of 2016 and the motherboard went bad! Looking at a Maytag now. Not very happy that I have to buy a new machine after only a year and a half.

I bought this piece of junk a little over three years ago. Takes an hour to do a simple load of laundry and now the bearings are shot and the repair estimate is more than I paid for the thing. No more Whirlpool for me.
